The scanner was working great and then all of a sudden it doesn’t scan quick or properly. I’ve called and informed children and families and they told me it could be the store and I informed them it wasn’t. FloridaWIC is giving me the problem. Then they said just grab and let them do it at check out. Now that’s too much to do when I should be able to do it myself.
They were no help.

It’s great when it works, but there’s times that it doesn’t work. Won’t let you log in, says it’s in development mode. I’ve never been able to login with my user name and password so have to do the Facebook login and sometimes it doesn’t work. Even when I uninstall and reinstall.

However, when I’m actually inside the grocery store and need a signal, it doesn’t work. Maybe I’m not technically advanced to know how to connect to Store WiFi or whatever, but other than that I like the list of food and descriptions. Thank you!

This makes showing for WIC so much easier in the store. It’s also helps with keeping up with what I have and haven’t used. It also gives a break down of the description of the items we are allowed to get. It’s just great overall and I use it every time I am getting my WIC.

Thank you very much. WIC gave my daughter some food and milk. She likes milk a lot. She drunk a lot until now. She is going to be 5 years old within 2 months. I wish WIC still give some more milk.

There are some glitches but I am grateful to see the growth with Florida WIC making the program that much more awesome and easier to understand the benefits. I am grateful for FloridaWIC and the help it provides.

I love that i can see everything on FloridaWIC and use my card anytime i need it with my benefits, without a check like in puerto rico.

FloridaWIC is useful because it keeps tracks of my balances, keeps me informed of any due dates, and anything that is needed to know.

I’m very satisfied with FloridaWIC. It makes my store visits go smooth when shopping for wic. Now I’m just a couple of clicks to verify my items. I totally recommend FloridaWIC.

I love how easy FloridaWIC is to use. I'm able to see my available benefits for the month and my appointments. The scan tool helps me see what is approved or not.

Amazing staff in all areas at the Sanford location I have 3kids my twins just turned 2 and I nee a lot of help they have disabilities they are comforting and understanding so helpful . I appreciate all of them as a single mom .. bless all

Glad they came out with FloridaWIC instead of those coupons and vouchers they used to have that made you not even want wic anymore.

FloridaWIC is so helpful this is my 5th baby and my oldest is 19, I really wish this was available then it makes things so easy I luv the upc scan and that I can view my benefits rather than having to call my card

I absolutely love FloridaWIC is so helpful when it’s time for me I’m going to check if I have the babies formula everything on there I can check also the milk what kind of milk what kind of cheese what kind of cereal I absolutely am very happy with FloridaWIC thank you! 👍🏾😃

I have been using WIC for two years and never complained and I don’t think I will. It’s very nice of you guys to give us free food supplements to the kids and women. Thank you WIC
