myWICMosaic was really helpful until recently when using the scanner. When you use the scanner it shuts myWICMosaic down.

Can’t even login it to it and when you try to reset your password it don’t even send you an email to reset it it’s a very bad app to use

The scanning barcode is still not working that’s the main thing I’ve use. It’s been how long since it has not been fixed. Please fix this recurring Issue I know you guys see the low reviews because of it.

Ever since I got myWICMosaic, I can’t log in, I can’t scan my card, I’ve clicked username and password reset to see if anything pops up and nothing does. All I’ve gotten ever since I got myWICMosaic is scam calls from the same area in Florida. If the same is happening to you lmk so we can report and or sue myWICMosaic. It could be trying to get our wic card numbers and calling us to try to find out our PIN numbers.

It won’t let me login at all…….

It will not let me get past the card number screen without it saying error.

Haven’t been able to get past the login screen. Looks like this has been going on for over a week and the developers haven’t fixed it.

Can’t even move past the initial screen when linking card. After entering card and DOB/ last name it asks to continue and then error pops up. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled app. I’ll just stick to using the other app until it no longer is available.

Since the new update I’m not able to login the account. It keeps giving me the loading screen but nothing pulls up

I was in love with myWICMosaic but 2 months just stop working. Dont let me log in, said my user cant be found so I try to create a new account and said the email is in use.

I tried several times to link my card to myWICMosaic and every time, it gives me an error message saying unexpected error occurred. I went as far as deleting myWICMosaic and downloading it again, however it’s the same issue.

I open myWICMosaic , works great, next day, won’t load, makes me sign in again, wait to try again later, doesn’t work. Repeat this process every week. So what will myWICMosaic do today? Probably won’t work.

I have been trying to log in for a while, keeps telling me invalid input, I tried doing forgot my password to reset and just keeps telling me unexpected error when I type my email and hit submit.

Won’t let me scan, even after I load the store I’m at. I’m uninstalled it and reinstalled. Still didn’t fix the problem and can’t report the problem because myWICMosaic is free.

no matter what i do, it will not let me select a store, so i can’t scan anything. very annoying part of an otherwise very helpful app

I request for a password reset and it never sends me a code.

myWICMosaic was great until it stopped working. I’ve already deleted and redownloaded it. But for whatever reason when I go to open it it just won’t show me anything. I only see a spinning wheel. I’m not sure why.

myWICMosaic is wonderful in not having to keep up with receipts to view all remaining benefits.
I just wish the shopping guide feature would work again!
Since the last few updates, you can no longer see what exact brands are WIC approved for the store your shopping in.

It’s a decent app but I don’t know if it’s because I’m using an iPhone but the scanner doesn’t work at all! It will immediately close out the whole app if I try to use it! Not fun if I’m trying to scan an item to see if it’s eligible or not.

As a WIC employee myWICMosaic has been so great for our participants but the scheduler has caused so much havoc! It would be perfect if that feature had either some modifications or was taken out! The participants aren't aware of what the different appointments mean or understand what being certified even means sometimes, so wrong appointments are made every day. Not even to mention that our clinics try to reserve certain times and days for particular categories or priorities and that has been just blown out the water all together.

myWICMosaic is so convenient, but over the last 2 weeks the shopping guide keeps saying error occurred and it’s really inconvenient when I can’t see what options I can choose from.

I love myWICMosaic its more helpful in many ways than the other but the only downfall is that myWICMosaic doesn't have the fruit and vegetables calculator that I used to use with the old app and was so much easier to calculate and know how many benefits I have/ left for fruit and veggies. Hoping it will be available on myWICMosaic soon

myWICMosaic doesn’t allow me to schedule any appointments!! The other features works except for the APPOINTMENT section!! The location that I’m zoned to DOES NOT answer their phones so I can’t schedule over the phone either!!

My benifits haven’t been updating ever since I changed formula and only the formula isn’t updating everything else seems to work fine. Is there a reason why my formula isn’t updating on myWICMosaic . I’ve also gone to the office and they say I have cans and on myWICMosaic it says zero and the formula hasn’t updated.

It worked on the very beginning, now it doesn’t even load anything at all. I’ve deleted and re downloaded it and still the same error. So sad, it was so convenient and easy to use.

I didn’t know about myWICMosaic until just recently. Before I was interchanging between the BNFT app and the WICshopper app. So inconvenient to have to use 2 apps. I downloaded this one bc I saw an ad up at my local WIC office and love everything on it, except for when I click on the scanner it completely closes myWICMosaic out. Please fix 🥲

Works well for the most part & is convenient. Only frustrating issue is that I cannot use the shopping guide. Other than that great app.0

I like myWICMosaic more than the old one for Texas but I still don't like that it sometimes logs me out and it's a hassle trying to log in in the middle of grocery shopping. Other than that, I like how easy it is to use and scan items.

Makes everything easier and quicker. Love being able to make changes to my appointment if needed, start my renewal application, and helps with shopping! Love that it’s all in one app. I did have a small issue getting signed up at first, but called my clinic and they helped me figure out what I was doing wrong.

Very easy to use. If it wasn’t for myWICMosaic , I wouldn’t know what I could and couldn’t get. The scanning process is great.

Hiiii !! I love myWICMosaic but right now I’m having a problem with “scan an item” it’s says “feature has no been downloaded to this device”, before the update it just to work fine but now I don’t know what to do to get it back, can someone please help!!!!

WIC has given me the opportunity to stress less about keeping food on the table for me and my baby!! I love the options im given and using myWICMosaic to check what's covered builds my own knowledge when needing to plan meals. Thank You WIC

Easy to use and all info on hand

myWICMosaic is beautiful! Setup was fast, had no issues finding my account, and seeing my information right at the start is great. I am loving this so far!

myWICMosaic helps me know which items are wic approved and in my shopping list and I can provide all proofs needed for certification from myWICMosaic itself. Also booking appointment is very easy with myWIC app. Lots of features to help on my WIC participation.

myWICMosaic is so much easier to use than waitron the phone to speak with a person. I love that it shows you how much you have left on your wic.

Quick and easy to download and use, guided steps are very helpful to upload the certification information ahead of the WIC appointment. Easy to schedule appointments and view our benefits. Love the fact that scanning a product at the store tells me if I am eligible for it.

myWICMosaic really helped during my certification process. Uploading all my required files was very easy.

I am homeless and I need some help with a disability son

This helps me and my family see what we can and cannot purchase. It keeps track of our appointments with WIC & allows us to contact them. You need it.

I absolutely love myWICMosaic. Before, no matter what store I shopped at if I wanted to retrieve all of my benefits I had to do at least 2 separate transactions to make sure certain items were WIC items, that way the cashier didn’t have too many items to have to put back. Now!!! And I must say it is so much easier to shop for my wic item’s because myWICMosaic allows me to scan an item to see if it’s a benefit that I get. For the first time in two years I have used most of my benefits without making another shopping trip. I’m really excited about that. And also I had no idea how much WIC really covers! I definitely would not have access to all these items if it were left up to me to get on my own so thank you WIC OF TEXAS!
