I supposedly got the ad free app with a special. I was right in the middle of measuring when this video and just starts screaming. I try to take the measurement again and here comes another ad. They're loud as hell. I guarantee you'll get more ads than measurements and any measuring you do manage to eek out isn't even close. You're better off eyeballing something while shouting out some obnoxious commercial jingle. I've downloaded a lot of bad ad apps but this was the worst. ARRuler isn't accurate and if you want to get 3-4 measurements, prepare to plug your ears and sit thru their stupid ads. ARRuler is bag without ads! The screeching ads just make ARRuler go into the "worst apps ever downloaded" file

I open ARRuler and get the message ‘move your device around to detect the area’. However, nothing happens—it’s just a view through the camera. The little dot that is in the sample videos is nowhere to be found when I open ARRuler .

Just started to use it at this point I could not recommend

One sample photo shows measurement of lamp as captured in still shot.
No easy way to do that with ARRuler
No settings or options other than units.
Worth 99¢ maybe.
No zoom option either.
It does measure but you need to write them down before you take the next.

How do I make the measurements bigger so I can see what ARRuler has calculated?

Not at all accurate and asks for a rating every 30 seconds. So here you go...

It is fairly accurate if the item is close and you are measuring horizontally. Add any angle to the equation and it really misses the mark.

If you’re looking to waste your time and $, get it

Measured >60” window to be two feet wide

Doesn’t work work at all for things past 10ft away

ARRuler isnt bad but constantly asks for review
