Horrible Customer Service, they don’t let you cancel

I can’t afford to continue this and have called to cancel MULTIPLE times now and I’m still being charged. There is no way to edit payment information in GPlans so it’s also not like I can just remove my card. This is an absolute nightmare. Even if it was worth it, getting out of it being this complex and taking this long means I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Update-we are going on almost a year of me trying to cancel. Call their customer service, they say it’s canceled, but I’m still being charged. Send an email as they tell you to, get an automatic response that they DONT MONITOR THE EMAIL and you need to ask online chat support. Online chat support says you have to call to cancel.

This whole thing is a joke. And I will be reporting the company to the BBB.

No Results

I was kept on semi glide for about a year with no results, hoping that the next injection would produce some type of positive results for me about three months ago on my doctor visit she suggested since I wasn’t getting any results that we tried a different medication and I had asked her why hasn’t somebody recommended this before? I didn’t even know that was an option she said that, but she said this medication was more expensive, but she said she thinks that it would be worth A try. Three months later, I have lost weight my appetite has decreased, and I am very happy with this medication and the results. The problem is I spent money for a year for no result. I am trying to get a refund of some sort or have them do something for me because I think that is totally wrong thatI treated for so long with not one person mentioning to me to switch up the medication

Unauthorized charges

While I enjoyed GPlans and services while I used them, it is completely impossible to cancel your service and customer service is also impossible to get ahold of. I sent emails that went unanswered. I tried the online chat that claims to be immediate, although no one responds and they also go completely unanswered. When I called, I was given a wait time of 10 minutes and then told “no one is available to take your call. Please call back later.” I spent HOURS combined on hold, without an answer. When I finally did get ahold of someone, I spoke to someone and switched to a “free” plan. I was then told I would not receive any additional charges. The next day, I had a total of $105 in charges to my account. Again went through the long wait times to dispute these and was told I would be refunded in 7-10 business days. While waiting for these refunds, I received yet ANOTHER charge for $59. I called to dispute and am completely unable to get ahold of anyone in customer service. I ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charges and stop all future payments. I was only on an a plan for $30 a month, so these other amounts are completely unauthorized. This company definitely needs to improve their customer service. Beware!

Disorganized

I was assured that I was not charged twice for my medication which I just got my credit card and on Jan 10 it was charged 229 twice. I now don’t trust you and will have to go back to last year when I was told I was credited for the medication that I never received. It’s like no one in this company knows what another department is doing. I have had nothing but trouble getting my medication after my Drs 20 Drs appointment I will now have to put one of the charges in dispute with my credit card company which is a pain. My medication was also delivered to the wrong place. I kept getting emails to correct my address which was not incorrect you just delivered it to the wrong town. I had to go over and pick it up. No one has bothered to call me and reach out. They just keep sending emails for me to correct my address

Unhelpful and unauthorized charges

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company. It is borderline a scam. I continued to be charged for the meal plan after I canceled the pro plan. I signed up for the monthly meal tracker plan and thought I was receiving 4 weeks worth of meals for $129/month. WRONG, you pay weekly and when you try to cancel within the 4 weeks they tell you you will be charged to chancel... What a joke. All of the sudden I had random charges coming out of my account WEEKLY and could not and still have not gotten ahold of anyone from support. Several messages later, hours on hold and ZERO response from them, I’m ready to get an attorney. AVOID this company. Their providers (whom are associated through open loop health) are very helpful and kind. My medication comes on time and as planned but using G-Plans to communicate with them is impossible. When you set your appointment with a provider, ask them for direct contacts to avoid this app completely. Scam. If you are having troubles with them and unauthorized charges, contact your bank directly to dispute charges.

Unhappy with EVERYTHING

I am very unhappy with the way your communication is. I have not received my medication I paid for last month and now you have withdrawn the $229 for this months medication. I have made numerous phone calls but with a language barrier obviously it’s hard to get things taken care of to G-Plans and OpenLoop In July I was sent the WRONG medication. I was sent 1 mg instead of 2,5 mg. I have made 2 appts to see a provider 2 times as well to discuss this issue both providers were great and very professional. They have both 12
to your company what the issue is and have attempted to resolve it but I’m still waiting. So now I am owed 2 months of medication. I have tried communicating through GPlans as well and it’s completely useless. I have asked for my app to be reset several time and of course GPlans has not been reset. I have referred at a dozen of people to your program and to be honest I’m sorry I referred ANYONE AT ALL. Hopefully these 2 matters will be taken care of ASAP if not them I want a full refund. I will go to MY PCP to continue treatment….

Worst customer service ever

I will say the providers I interacted with were all very nice and professional. The reason I am canceling my account is the lack that of customer service. The call and chat functions were not responsive. It would take up to two days for an agent to respond to me. When I was responding to I would be told to look in my junk email even though I already indicated that was not the issue (I was missing a lab order.) The lab order I did receive was an outdated one. I also did not receive my medication though the provider ordered it. I was told by customer service they could not help me because they do not ship medication and to check my junk email. Again, I had already indicated that I did check my junk emails and nothing was ever sent. I was then given tracking information for the prior months delivery. I requested 4 times to have a live person call me to resolve my issues. After 3 weeks I still had not received a call.

Terrible customer support - READ!!

I am so frustrated!! I got my pro subscription earlier this morning but once I started using GPlans I realized it wasn’t for me and wanted to cancel. Turns out you can’t just cancel normally like every other legit company ever, they make u jump through difficult hoops. They force u to call them, send an email, or use their chat help thing to cancel! You have to “apply to cancel”. Excuse me?? If I want to cancel, I don’t need to apply or need to give you any reason as to why. You just cancel, that’s it.

Anyways, I sent them an email and no response. I also tried their chat help and all I got was some AI bot telling me to cancel in the subscription section of my settings on iPhone, but I can’t because my subscription doesn’t show up there because I signed up through the website on through my Apple ID account. Then I got connected to a real person, but they sent me one message saying the verify my email so they could help me but then completely ignored me after and it’s hours later and I still haven’t gotten any help. I need to remove my subscription NOW!

I so regret giving this lame company my credit card info. I’m worried that they won’t give me my money back or let me cancel my subscription because they are ignoring my completely.

There are better nutrition apps out there. Don’t get fooled like me. Save yourself. Don’t get this.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM!!!!!!! This company is a huge SCAM!!!! Do NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS!!! Their process is designed for customers to believe that they buy medication for weight loss for $129/mo, however, they are not!!! I was completing checkout for ozempic, but after checkout I realized they charged for meal plans and not for what I was ordering! The appointment they scheduled never happened and the next day I saw a bunch of attempts to charge my card for different amounts, one of which included $1299. They did all that without my authorization or consent!!!! Customer service is UNREACHABLE. I tried to contact them immediately after I realized they trick people and reaching customer support is impossible. I called my bank immediately and blocked any recurring payments from this shady business. Good that I did, because today my card would be charged around $1500 without me knowing. STAY AWAY!! They lie and steal your money!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT

This is a warning now from an unpaid reviewer. I downloaded GPlans and it was super unclear what I was even signing up for. No mention of a meal subscription and then after I put in my card info that they needed to move on, all of a sudden I’m paying for a meal plan and a monthly subscription of 130$!! I understand it was my naivety by even giving them my card info but tried to cancel my account through GPlans and they told me I had to call to cancel. I called and of course was on hold for nearly 10 minutes and finally was able to speak with someone. I gave him my email and phone number to find my account to cancel and to the company’s convenience, he can’t find my account. After going back and forth with the man, I just decided to give up and call my bank to cancel my card so they couldn’t charge me anymore. Do not give these people your money.

Don’t do it!!!!!!!

I had been referred by a friend who had been using g plans for a few months. I signed up for 6 months to save money, thinking I had a 30 day money back guarantee. I made my appointment and when the day came the link didn’t work. When I finally got ahold of someone they said the appointment was cancelled and my prescription was on the way. I was very confused. I decided to cancel because I didn’t feel good about any of it. That’s when I really became worried. They are completely unreachable!!! The customer support number almost always says it will be an eight minute wait and then ends the call after you wait about 20 mins saying no one is available. Don’t sign up!! I’m seriously questioning whether or not it is a scam. Oh and they don’t do refunds. Instead, they charge you to cancel your account while also taking money for services you never received

No customer service

Signed up on feb 28th, had my dr call in march 16th, medicine got here last week, so not a scam. BUT, because no one answers the phone I’ve had to freeze my bank account and report as fraud. Because I haven’t even had a chance to get blood work done or start the medicine and they are already trying to charge my account again. GPlans needs improvement, we need to have someone on the phones and we need to have more options with GPlans , to set delivery dates and have warnings and options about when the charges will come from the account. Overall, this company does not build good relationships with their clients and does not give the image of trust worthiness. This experience has been irritating more than helpful.

G-Plans

I have tried a few diets before but this one isn’t too bad. The meals they send to start you off are a little on the hot side (red peppers) for flavor. I don’t like hot/spicey foods and too many onions. So I recommend you read the ingredients before you order. I signed up not knowing I wasn’t able to choose my start date. I had an out of country 3 week event starting 2 weeks later and the first meals came the day I left due to an ice storm. Very frustrating. I paused the program thinking it would pause the cost while I was away and it didn’t! The meal’s guide and recording process on GPlans is easy and the meals (these are ones I make) I have tried so far are delicious and filling. A lot of options. Because of the delay in starting, I haven’t started the meds yet. I just had my first Dr appointment and it went well. I got some questions answered. This is expensive though. I didn’t get a breakdown of how much it is costing. Thankfully I got an increase in hours at work so I think I can do this. We will see. If I can, I’ll update my review. If I didn’t have the few hiccups in the process I would have given it a 5 star all the way.

G-Plans

I am so greatful for this tele-clinic platform and for the g-plans weight loss program. Dr. Winter makes you feel very comfortable as he is laid back yet professional in his approach. He really does take any stress you may have right out of the equation, and through the g-plans telemedicine platform online it is possible to see the doctor even though his office may be in another state which is what is so convenient about this platform that it makes it possible for the doctors to see patients from all over the country and really all over the world. I am very much looking forward to working with Dr. Winter and the g-plans program because it makes possible what otherwise would not be possible. G-Plans makes it possible to not only receive the medication that has been proven to work for weight loss, but also to receive dietary advice as to menu plans tailored to my specific nutritional and metabolic needs. I’m very confident that I will reach my goal weight and reset my set point to what it’s truly meant to be at. I look forward to working with the doctors and staff on this journey towards my best health through the G-Plans program.

Professional provider

Was on the phone with a provider after having a set back with another provider. She was very professional and cared what I had to say and really checked into my problem. She was very understanding and answered every question I had and even had to do some research in order to be able to give me an answer to my question. She assured me that she was going to bring before the board the problem I had with the other provider, which was very serious. I appreciate her professionalism and her insight and research. I wish I could talk to her every time I need a provider visit!!!!😊

The real deal!

These folks are experts in their field of knowledge of the topic of weight loss . They care first and foremost about your health history and based on sound criteria arrives at the decision as to whether you are a good candidate for the program or not. It is not about taking your mo ey and hoping that you will get rests but them wanting you to achieve the results that you desire. You don’t just get the medication but you are also encourage to make a lifestyle changes to sustain your weight loss as you go through the program so that it remains off. Not a bad concept because as we get older our quality and type of food that we eat should be different to support us.

My first time.

The process was easy. Took my survey then spoke with someone who asked me questions and prep for consultation with Dr. Dr. E Reisee (spelling? Sorr) she was friendly knowledgeable, explained in detail and answered all my question as well as tips for eating. How I might feel while taking meds and exactly meds would arrive.
Its a very legitimate and professional company. I took my first shot yesterday. I was a little nausea at first but it went away and I felt fine. It seemed to of curb my appetite immediately. I wasn’t hungry and just ate very little and healthy. An avocado, some cheese and nuts. Lots of water and hot tea before going to bed. This morning I woke up feeling energetic and in a good mood. No aches as I usually have in the morning. I am excited and look forward to results in coming weeks. I just finished an 8 hour shift at work and feel better than I r ever have in a long time. No cravings for food or sweets as I usually do in the afternoon.

review of my first appointment

before meeting with my doctor i was concerned about the risks invovled and how would i be monotored in the event somthing where to happen. during my first visit i was able to see speak woth the doctor face to face over the computer. he went over every step and then every nook and corner of each step. he alwaya made sure before moving to the next step that he had answered all of my concerns and that i was following along with what he was saying. he even had a little interactive Q and A THROUGHT OUR SESSION. AT THE END HE DEMONSTRATED ON HIMSELF ON HOW TO GIVE MYSELF THE SHOT, AND GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW HE DOES IT TOO.

I ENJOYED HIS SENSE OF HUMOR AND HE 100% MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE IN GOING FOWARD IN MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. I NO LONGER QUESTION THINGS I DID BEFORE BECAUSE OF HOW INFORMATIVE MY DOCTOR IS.

Being able to talk to the doctor

I would just like to say that I’m just starting this program. I have questions.I called customer service and the gentleman. Ivan Gomez was so helpful ,but he said the questions that I had the doctor needed to answer so he gave me a link so I could make the soonest possible appointment with the doctor . I was very impressed that I didn’t have to wait days, I have an appointment first thing in the morning. so far I’m very happy with GPlans. I am talking to a new doctor that I haven’t talk to yet, so I’m sure I will be very pleased with him Also, every experience that I’ve had through this process has been very pleasant ,questions answered and quit turn around to talk to the doctor.

Life changing

This program has been so accessible as it fits my schedule, I can engage when I prefer. The meals are simple, delicious, and I feel full! Talking with the Doctor and getting labs helped me feel confident and safe, and were easy to accomplish. I’m feeling motivated, excited, down 7 pounds in a month, and better than I have in years about my journey to health. I have tried so many things to gain balance with my relationship to food, eating and health, and finally, something that works!
For me, side effects have been minimal- some tiredness a day or two after medication, some constipation managed well by increasing fibrous foods and water.
THE BEST thing I have done for myself and my health!!!
