smART sketcher projector Reviews

So I got a smart sketcher projector for Christmas (I’m 13 btw) and on the instructions it says to download smARTsketcherprojector, so I did. It was really easy to connect Bluetooth to the projector. This thing is more for younger kids but I liked it anyway. After it connects to Bluetooth it ask you to put this power drive in (comes with it,and it’s a lesson). Or go to camera. It won’t let me go to my camera roll but it’ll let me take pictures. So I would take a picture of what I wanted to draw (a flower, a person,etc) and it would project onto the paper!! I’m not a good drawer so this is perfect for me. I would recommend this. I don’t get all the other reviews. This thing works perfectly and is amazing! Thanks, have a great day!

So I saw an ad about this projector and app on Facebook and I wasn’t really impressed but I figured it was just a poorly done ad. So I figured I’d check out smARTsketcherprojector and maybe it would present things better. I even saw in smARTsketcherprojector info that there were ‘learn to draw’ lessons. Awesome that’s part of why I wanted it.
But you literally can not do a thing without giving smARTsketcherprojector access to your photos. I have zero intention of ever using that function, my interest is in the other ones, but I can’t look at those functions without allowing access to photos.
smARTsketcherprojector would get a zero if it was allowed but since it’s not I’ll give it a one star that it still doesn’t deserve.

Not sure what the other users are using or doing, but we are using this with an iPad mini 4th gen and it works great! No problem connecting and no app crashing. Images from the iPad go right to the projector. My only issue is why do I have to register an account to get smARTsketcherprojector started? Also, I don’t know if this is the projector or smARTsketcherprojector , but some images are distorted when sent over. However, overall works great and as advertised.

I absolutely love this thing! I am 11 years old and I love to draw. I got the smart sketcher for my 9th birthday and I use so much it is amazing how it works and projects! I seriously cannot go a day without using this amazing device to help me draw. I have an in tire wall in my room that is dedicated to all my pictures I have drawn with this amazing thing!

Hello, I have tested smARTsketcherprojector with my smart sketcher and it is ok, you can’t do detailed photos like on the box, but you can do fairly simple drawings, like it comes with. But it is really simple to set up, and I love how the lights on the sketcher light up dramatically lol. Ps. When you send a photo to the sketcher, it is almost immediately pops up. I would give it 0 stars if I could. But I can’t. It would no let me access to photos I clicked the photo I wanted to trace and it did not pop up on the screen! I had it on and I had the chip inside of it!! It’s so frustrating! I love drawings I wanted to learn how to trace and be better at drawing! But this UGHHH it just wont work which makes me SO mad I got it for my birthday! And I was so happy!! It worked for a lil while it worked for about 2 DAYS! I’m just so mad rn I don’t recommend getting this machine 👎🏻 sorry for that hate ik you tried but just Ugh!!

I love smARTsketcherprojector, some people say that the pictures they have loaded don’t work but they must have done something wrong because my pictures loaded super well and the pictures that are loaded on the chip/card are brilliant they teach you how to draw pictures step by step. I love smARTsketcherprojector!!!!👍

I use this little device to draw pictures on cookies with royal icing and it works like a charm! Took less than 5 mins to let up and everything works great. My only suggestion would be to allow resizing of the image in smARTsketcherprojector ! Other than that love it and way cheaper that mini or pocket projectors!

I love smARTsketcherprojector so much because it helps me with hand coordination, straight lines, and literally everything else. You do need the accual projector to use smARTsketcherprojector . But the projectors are pretty cheap, like 25 or 30 dollars.

I am very disappointed with this product. My sister bought it for $65 hoping it was like the commercials on TV. In reality, it wasn’t. It took FOREVER to load up and when it did, it didn’t even scan the picture properly. Also, you had to repeatedly turn it on and off to even find the machine. Even then, it didn’t work. Overall this was a waste of money and I hope you realize this and get a refund.

I saw it in target and I had to buy it and now I’m having so much fun with this smart sketcher and I’m able to draw things I never knew I could draw and be able to draw things that are amazing, like my face and the Mona Lisa. So I like smart sketcher

One: my chip won't work. Not sure why.
Two: I deleted smARTsketcherprojector after it took up too much storage and then I put it back on but it said that there was another user with the same email on it and I couldnt log in again.
Three: the sketches aren't very clear but they work good enough.

The original SD card wouldn’t register at all, so we bought a new SD card. It finally worked but wouldn’t download any of the images from smARTsketcherprojector . It kept running into an error. We tried creating a new account but that didn’t help. We uninstalled and reinstalled smARTsketcherprojector , but now it won’t connect to Bluetooth at all. We are using iOS 14.

This item is good in theory but smARTsketcherprojector won’t even load the SD card that came with the product. You can’t choose from your photo gallery like it advertises. You have to take a picture and that is it. We took one picture and now it won’t even switch to a new photo. I have Apple products that I’m using with it and the smart sketcher is so disappointing and not smart at all. I’m getting a refund.

I ACIDENTELY put in my wrong email and it will not let me go back and on top of that it’s making me do all of this extra stuff just to get back in after I del it to redownload it like ugh

As most people they saw this ad and the thing that caught my eye was taking pictures and loading them on the sketcher the pictures where so good in the ad so I spent 46 dollars on this gift and the pictures were horrible so if you see this before you get this terrible thing don't it is not worth it

Very frustrated that smARTsketcherprojector cannot access the photos on my phone. It says I need to allow access but it does not give me that option in settings. smARTsketcherprojector doesn’t show up with the list of other apps accessing my photos and there is no option to allow access listed inside the setting for the smart sketcher app. Please fix this!

Cannot Even Get through Setup! My children would love to use it but it does not even get through items setup sequence that you cannot bypass until you login but it won’t let setup to complete without crashing so without extreme patience I don’t know if anything actually happens after you login. Very Frustrating and Disappointing!

Soo I got the projector for Christmas and the first one I got was stolen I know bad luck right but anyway I got it and loved it everything but then the sd card would not work and it really got me upset bc Idk what to do now

I payed 60 dollars for this smart Sketcher and it works fine but I can't make any of my own drawings because right after I click " I already have a smart Sketcher " it gives me instructions of how to assemble it and that's fine but I don't do Anything AND IT JUST CRASHES! I Don't know what to do or say except never waste your money on this thing.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
