Kodak Mini Shot Reviews

So you got this cool device and think it’s time to print away? Yeah, you got duped too.
1.) This doesn’t find or see A LOT of your pictures and albums. Forget all those awesome pictures you bought this to print out, KodakMiniShot doesn’t find them, so you can’t print them.
2.) getting the pictures the right size and scale for the paper. That ain’t happening either. If you looked up all those tutorial videos and review videos and saw the reviewer use “auto resize”, or scale them to the proper dimensions with gestures like I did, you expected that functionality. Doesn’t exist. That’s right KodakMiniShot, doesn’t actually have those features and you’ll go through a pack of 50 prints just trying to figure out that size your photos need to be to print on the damned paper without losing your image, and even then, hairless, and enraged, and time and money wasted - you still will have white borders, or cut off images.
3.) After those infuriating qualities forget finding non sticky photo paper, or sticky photo paper, and definitely not black and white photo paper, or any of the photo paper that isn’t at an incredibly inflated cost.

Bought the printer back in November/December and so happy I did! It’s worked perfect for every picture I’ve printed, I’ve seen some mixed reviews on here so wanted to put up my experience. Only giving 4 stars because the quality is really good but could be better, but for the price it’s definitely worth it and I’ve had no issues with KodakMiniShot itself so overall it’s a great product and I can’t wait to print more, I just wish KodakMiniShot would maybe have a wider variety of borders and things to put on your pictures but other than that it’s great.

Had gotten one of this Kodak mini portable printers for Christmas and am now just realizing that it’s a trashy cheap present. KodakMiniShot and printer themselves lack the ability to print even ONE single picture and KodakMiniShot itself crashes many MANY times. The printer itself will only print 1/8 of my picture sometimes and only in the color yellow. Not to mention the numerous problems that KodakMiniShot has with not being able to connect to my printer despite it being in front of it as well as it claiming that it’s at low battery once I charge it for an hour and using that as an excuse as to why it couldn’t print just one picture..if you hate someone, get them this for Christmas

KodakMiniShot is really frustrating. I have so many issues with it. However, I did notice that most of us were having the same issue of pictures not showing up in the gallery. For some weird reason, when I go into my photos and open one and then go back to KodakMiniShot , that picture appears in the gallery. Hopefully this can help with at least one issue. Though it is annoying to even need to do that.

Got this almost a year ago anyone leaving A bad review needs to learn how to use their phone and .. to be nice for the price and quality of the pics none better that I’ve seen, easiest printer Great quality for what it is and does, most importantlyit does everything it says it does !!!

A lot of these other reviews I believe were from before the bug fixes but I really love it, for it not being a real sized printer it’s very good. The quality isn’t HD or anything, but for a picture that small it’s hardly noticeable unless you’re really staring at it, but just to hang up or to put in a wallet, or even bullet journal, I think it’s perfect! Super easy set up as well!

Great app when it works properly but having some serious issues. It only finds 30 pictures from my phone and doesn’t load Facebook and Instagram at all!!

I love KodakMiniShot! I got it a few days ago for Christmas and I love the printer and KodakMiniShot . The reason I gave it only 4 stars was because I will have to go get a drink of water then come back and try to print something out. Then my phone says the printer is not connected a few minutes after I connected it! Other than that both the printer and app are awesome.

I just got my printer as a gift yesterday and downloaded KodakMiniShot a few minutes ago. It had me do an update. And then I printed the pic I wanted from my camera roll and everything worked great. I was scared since the reviews for KodakMiniShot was bad but I didn’t have a single problem.

KodakMiniShot does not work at all it does not let me choose a picture from my camera roll to print it closes the whole app if I tap on a picture and it only shows 3 out of the 800 pictures I have. Also it is not able to connect to Facebook or Instagram right now my printer is worthless and so is KodakMiniShot!! Highly don’t recommend unless KodakMiniShot starts to work!! The only thing I am able to print right now is the sample print picture. That is not what I want!!!!

It states the printer needs and update but will not update the printer. It just goes from 0% to 7% and the to waiting and back to 0%. I made sure the problem was not my phone or the connection. It will not let me print without the false update. The printer is useless now because no other app will work with it. Also. I should not be able to edit the text on the screen when it pops up for the update.

The design and functionality of KodakMiniShot is primitive and unrefined. Even after editing photos in KodakMiniShot , it doesn’t print the colors accurately. The poor quality of KodakMiniShot really puts me off from using the photo printer. If I knew how lacking the it would be, I wouldn’t have bought the photo printer. Disappointing, I likely will not buy from them again.

I received this as a Christmas present this was the best mini printer they could find the reviews online to buy the printer were great!
But this is just pure garbage the thing hooked up quickly to my phone and the printer even said it was connected yet KodakMiniShot was absolute trash it kept telling me the thing wasn’t connected even though I know it was

It’s a well known company
But it doesn’t work whatsoever
It was a major disappointment not even to mention all the issues I could have had if the thing even worked this is a very mixed review section but seriously it’s not worth it if you bought this I highly recommend returning it

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star!! I have had nothing but problems with this thing since we got this!! We couldn’t even use the cartridge that came with it and with the other box we bought with it I got 3 pictures out of 20 that I should have gotten from that box. This is the worst mini printer I have ever seen out here. I’m hoping there is one that works on the market. I hope this saves someone some time and money, DON’T BUY THIS MINI PRINTER!!!

KodakMiniShot won’t work, it only shows 2 out of nearly a thousand of my photos, when I first downloaded KodakMiniShot I did not experience any problems, but now a week later the printer is useless without KodakMiniShot , but I can’t choose a picture because KodakMiniShot won’t load the pictures. Seems like a common problem among people which has been like this for awhile, why hasn’t this been fixed yet?

I got the printer as a gift for Christmas an it’s works perfectly,I was worried there was gonna be problems because all the bad reviews but I had no problem!! it printed the picture I wanted an the quality was great!!!

So all the bad ratings seem to be from a while back this update works really good. So I got mine during Black Friday. This is app is pretty good now and I feel like it deserves way better than a 2 star rating as it currently stands.

KodakMiniShot works awesome!
I was a little scared at first because it took a while for the machine to connect and start printing but other than that it works great I love printing out all my pictures!!!

Honestly the worst. Just get an Hp sprocket. KodakMiniShot is absolutely terrible. When you click on camera roll sometimes only shows two most recent pictures. And if you try to connect to any social media platforms KodakMiniShot crashes. I keep reading horrible reviews online about this cluster f of an app and still no updates to fix this! Don’t wast your money.

My printer is basically useless because KodakMiniShot does not work! Half of my pictures don’t show up and forget the connect to Instagram or a Facebook feature. Facebook photos literally do not show and Instagram only works for 1 maybe 2 photos. If you are going manufacture a product that requires an app to even use, then you need to make KodakMiniShot actually WORK!!! 0 out 5
