Journals won’t save

I can not move further into my journeys if a journal is involved. No matter how much time I spend, or how many words I write, the journals aren’t saving. So I am not getting any points or able to get to the next video or reading. I have updated Onward . Nothing is working.

July 4, 2024 Update:
I get emails and notifications to get my 50pt bonus for surveys and all I am awarded is 1-3 pts. Also- there are no ways now to earn points on journeys. Always says points expired. Onward is not worth the hassle..

SSDD

It just seems to be a way for insurance companies to mine ones information while showing condescending videos of people saying all the same things you’ve heard a million times before.

It also had some kind of reward system, or so it says, because the organization who prompts you to get Onward might not be opted into that part of the program, so the ‘reward points’ just turn into a pretty number.

Avoid. Get something that will actually help instead of whatever this is.

Great content, many glitches

The content is wonderful and features are great. Onward locks up frequently on my apple devices. Guided auto content especially and you can’t rewind or pause you have to close Onward and start again. It would be nice to be able to save your favorites. Ope you can improve Onward .

The app

I like Onward .. and I think the rewards are cool as can be.. never seen one for a pain management or doc office like this... I really enjoy that. I do believe if I come everyday and do the tasks.. I feel more points should be earned than 3... and Onward for me freezes constantly and just doesn’t work half the time.. but I love it other wise! Please fix!

Interesting app - could rate higher, but…

I appreciate some of the content from Onward, but it can feel a bit like “no duh” information and seems like some of the information gathering is sort of intrusive. Hoping it is helpful in tracking my recovery. Video load time is abysmal. So, yes - good app. Beware - tracking, data sharing, app glitches, etc.

NeuroFlow app

I don’t even know why I use Onward. It literally hasn’t helped me at all. I have learned a thing or two but helping me it has not. There is an activity for today that I have to complete and it keeps telling me to log in to say I’m not a robot but doesn’t let me do anything to say I’m not a robot and my profile says I’m logged in. I don’t need this frustration today of all days.

Do not trust neural flow with your information

I was injured while riding a bike, so I made a a disability claim with my works insurance company, Prudential. Prudential and Nuro flow work together, and natural flow shares personal information with Prudential regarding how many steps I take, sleep patterns, my pain level, etc. I have a *feeling* Onward is just giving trying to get information + data to Prudential so they can prove that you do not need disability.

Bugs undermine effectiveness

I’ve been using NeuroFlow for about a week. The NeuroFlow concept is very good and I like it and would like to keep using it but it is very buggy. When I try to watch a video, I hear the audio but what appears on the screen is the beginning image of a different video, and if I touch the play icon on that video, the audio of my video starts from the beginning. When I had been using Onward for 4 days straight, it gave me a current streak of one day only, highlighted the 3 day streak award symbol, and also informed me that my longest streak was 4 days. One of the days I signed in there was a headline on the home screen that it was now possible to track retroactively but there is no way to actually do that. Today I tracked everything and yet there was a notice of having an activity to do, which was.....tracking. The first day I signed in, things were working pretty well, although there was some weirdness with whether something I did was “saved” or not—it looked like it had not been, but I got points for it anyway. Onward seems to have deteriorated over the course of the week. I’m writing all this detail so that the developers can fix things. I would like to keep using it, as I believe it could be very helpful, but it is just becoming annoying. Without bugs I would give Onward 5 stars.

Super buggy app

Could be useful only it makes you watch videos that don’t work. When you try to open them you just get a blank screen with audio but the only way to get out of it is to close Onward and then to reopen Onward but it doesn’t record that you actually listened to said video. It doesn’t matter which video you try to open same thing happens. They need to fix this

Interesting app

I’ve been using NeuroFlow for close to a year. I like how it asks us to rate our level of pain, mood, etc. However, I’m not really that mentally set on the negative. I’ve always been a positive person, throughout my life and know how to keep myself on the upper side of depression, I just don’t have a depressed state of mind…Not saying that I don’t have some clinical depression at times, but I think I’d be better off working with a Psychiatrist, as opposed to just using Onward.

It’s okay

It’s okay. Some great information being shared. Has some glitches like Onward closes after watching a video, video does not show as completed and have to watch multiple times, and would be ideal to have captions on all the videos.

Integrates mindfulness and Helps with pain management

I am a pain management provider and think think app is amazing. When I have a patient that struggles with a behavioral health issue in addition to their pain I have them download this and it truly empowers them to become accountable and motivated to help themselves and build their mental strength. I’d give it 6 stars if possible!

Totally recommend

I totally recommend Onward it is both very helpful and very needful. It helps you to track both your physical, emotional, and mental health; and same provides the tutorials and tools necessary to work towards improvement in the necessary areas.

My exp

My new doctor referred me to this & I really like it! It gives me things to do that might actually improve my body & better then looking at other stuff lol! Love the breathing thing & trying to learn this keeps my brain working too so all good!! Who ever invented this is awesome imo!! 👍🙏. Plus I was told I can get gift cards which is a nice incentive! I would still do it even if they didn’t 👍🙏Ty

Patience

NeuroFlow has introduced subjects as my mind began to comprehend the scope of my mental issues. It has helped me tremendously through patience as I was able to adept to the process. I am so grateful for the instructions, the request to journal my issues, the process of watching over my slow but steady progression, the suggestions. So thankful for the techniques used to help me in growing. Thank you.

App doesn’t always work

I’m getting very frustrated. Was trying to do my NeuroFlow exercises and when I go to save my journaling, it doesn’t work. I’m just gonna journal in my own journal from now on

Great App! Very Helpful!

I find that Onward is extremely useful and surprisingly fun to use. I think that everybody can benefit from different coping skills and calming techniques to help with physical and or emotional stress. There are lots of activities that I enjoy doing and I get to see the data on how I am doing just by utilizing Onward. It also has a reward system for using Onward which also is s great incentive ! I would highly recommend Onward to just about anyone . Love it!

Dr. Brian Daly

I am a child psychologist that has been using NeuroFlow in my private practice with kids for the past 6 months and I am incredibly impressed with how much my clients enjoy the technology, are motivated by the rewards, and stay engaged with the treatment plan thanks to the real-time data feedback. The parents of my clients are equally excited about NeuroFlow because they appreciate seeing the treatment progress and like the ease of use of the platform and biometrics. Finally, a mental health app that benefits the client and the therapist.

It’s been a blessing for me...

Since things was shut down away from the mosque , family and co-workers I was pretty much alone . It’s just me at home. So when I was sent this application it was a blessing , I felt connected with my doctor and his team , there are apps to keep your brain stimulated with positive things . You journal, watch videoed about yoga, mental well-being, Heath, your pain . You have daily things to do and you can do a lot more. It’s like someone is checking on you daily .
Thank you Sincerely,
Muslima
