Please fix RIDGIDLink . It does not track the tool, show the last location, not update the press count. RIDGIDLink worked for a brief period then it stopped working.
Can’t make an account. Just keeps spinning then says something went wrong. So I can’t make an account.
Doesn’t work, can’t find tool, can’t get answers how to get it to work, downloaded Ridgid link thinking maybe that’s what I needed but can’t sign in on that app, what a waste of time.

I have over 2 dozen rigid power tools and I was under the assumption that RIDGIDLink was supposed to be able to register and track all rigid tools. I’m disappointed.
Seems every time I sign in using RIDGIDLink it takes me to places I don’t need to be.
As a residential service plumber efficiency is paramount. Ridgid RP 241 saves me so much time. Each time I install new water heater I save approximately 25-40 minutes over soldering all the necessary fittings. At this point I only solder when I absolutely have no other choice.
I'm a service plumber in NJ. I started out like most people with a ridgid shovac... 6 years still suckin up seeage.. then i purchased a k400 and k45af drain machines about 5 years ago still going.. now I purchased a press tool from them rp 241 so far love it. 🙌🏼
I have had the machine for a few months now and I had to say I was a little reluctant at first but this has made my life so much easier and jobs go by so much faster
RIDGIDLink is getting better. But could be better on updates etc
Power tool to hand tools to electronics for the work space they now to make it work and last.
Great tool have used only ridged brand for the last 38 year on my career
