I ordered a pair of custom plugs for my girlfriend to give to her on Christmas. They had a picture on them that I uploaded, and I made sure that all of the sizing was fine because I know that custom pieces are difficult and take some time. I was able to also order a pair of free plugs from a limited amount of choices, so I did! When the 2 pairs of plugs I ordered came in, there was a MAJOR difference in size (at least one ENTIRE size bigger than the 7/8ths that I ordered) and I knew they wouldn't fit her. So I emailed their customer service, and got back an email relatively fast saying "We are concerned about your request, please give 48 to 72 hours for us to reply." That was back in December of 2017. It's now 4 months later, and I've emailed them again at least once, with absolutely no reply. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the free plugs that came along with my order fit my girlfriend just fine (even though those are slightly bigger than her size), and the quality of both pairs of plugs is pretty alright. So now my girlfriend has a pair of plugs that she can't wear, and I still have yet to hear ANYTHING back from the email that I received asking for 48-72 hours. All in all, this company seems to be pretty hit or miss.

PlugYourHoles design makes it really easy for me to navigate around and add things to the cart, but when it’s time to check out it just keep reloading the same page! I tried to pay with Paypal, my credit card, etc. But it once I hit pay it just reloads the page. It’s a shame because I love the plugs and they’re missing out on a $50 purchase.

I like PlugYourHoles part of it as it’s easier to have an account and pay with Apple Pay instead of having to plug my credit card info in each time. I wish it was just a bit more organized in a sense of being able to just look for simple basic plugs. Also the add to wishlist or favorite never works for me.

Got a new phone and downloaded PlugYourHoles . Worked fine until I signed in and now it won’t let me do anything. I open PlugYourHoles and then it kicks me out. I deleted and reinstalled PlugYourHoles to see if that was the problem but it continued to happen. I quite like this store. Can’t do anything at all now whether I’m logged in or now. Please help.

PlugYourHoles is great when it decides it wants to work. Only about half of the time can I get PlugYourHoles to actually open. Love that there is a lot of options for plugs and love the deals they frequently offer, but the shipping takes absolutely forever. Biggest problem is app usability for sure.

I absolutely adore that PlugYourHoles exists! I really enjoy being able to browse items from here, rather than on the website. It’s accessible, which makes things easier for me personally, and is very helpful.

The only thing/s that I’m noticing right now (Sept ‘23) is that PlugYourHoles hasn’t had any updates for 8 months, and I’ve been having consistent problems with adding any items to my wishlist. It’ll sit there and load, and then I’ll get an error message 😔

Please give us a rad update and fix this wishlist issue?! I’d be SO happy to update this review, and change my rating to 5 stars 🙌🏼

I think it's awesome that PHY has an app, especially because I feel like I buy too many plugs here! My one complaint is that there isn't a search by size. Anyone who is over an inch has to go through the trouble of loving something and then feeling the letdown of it not being available in bigger sizes.

I only purchase my jewelry from this website and love the quality! The only problem with PlugYourHoles is that the wishlist doesn’t allow me to add to it, nor does it transfer the things I’ve saved on the website to PlugYourHoles .

I love how simple and easy to see everything PlugYourHoles is. Good job guys! Having the push notifications is going to make it much easier for me to find out when you guys have deals. You should have it play major raged gauger when you open PlugYourHoles .

I’ve been waiting on my plug box for a while since I had purchased my last order hopefully they can be added this time and very soon that way I can order the other two sets of plugs I’ve been trying to do

So I've been using them for the last year and honestly due to the price I have bought more plugs than I ever have. PlugYourHoles makes it easier to shop and allows apple pay or regular pay. Like how it's organized by type and they give you a cool little tip on the top of the screen.

I have probably given you guys tons of sales 😂 I wear plug for you guys all the time, and always get tons of compliments 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️. Idk about that guy with the two star review, but I called your customer service, once upon a time.

I was waiting on a shipment and it was taking kinda long. The chick who picked up was super friendly and down to earth. She assured me you guys were waiting on another batch of the free tunnels because you sold much more than expected durning the sale and I would get them within the next 10 days.

Not only did I get them soon after I also had a free holder as well as the free tunnels!!!

I think their products are stunning!!!

All the products are super well made!! You can find anything from funny or political to professional or expressional.

Also, they have some other gear for faces and such, care products, shirts, and other shtuff like that.

Smooth usage, easy to manage. I have to say I'm not surprised they usually make things easy and well done. I'm excited to actually use PlugYourHoles for my next order!

It’s very convenient, in my opinion the only problem is that I wish there was a wish list option that you could store all the plugs you want on.

I’ve placed multiple orders for plugs through PlugYourHoles, and have not been disappointed. The selection is extensive, the prices are fair, and the quality is on point.

Wish they made PlugYourHoles years ago but whatever, I have it now and I'm happy :) PlugYourHoles is clean and very easy to use. I hope down the road they can make an update to have a link to the videos or something. Im just happy that there is an app now :)
