I ordered a pair of custom plugs for my girlfriend to give to her on Christmas. They had a picture on them that I uploaded, and I made sure that all of the sizing was fine because I know that custom pieces are difficult and take some time. I was able to also order a pair of free plugs from a limited amount of choices, so I did! When the 2 pairs of plugs I ordered came in, there was a MAJOR difference in size (at least one ENTIRE size bigger than the 7/8ths that I ordered) and I knew they wouldn't fit her. So I emailed their customer service, and got back an email relatively fast saying "We are concerned about your request, please give 48 to 72 hours for us to reply." That was back in December of 2017. It's now 4 months later, and I've emailed them again at least once, with absolutely no reply. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the free plugs that came along with my order fit my girlfriend just fine (even though those are slightly bigger than her size), and the quality of both pairs of plugs is pretty alright. So now my girlfriend has a pair of plugs that she can't wear, and I still have yet to hear ANYTHING back from the email that I received asking for 48-72 hours. All in all, this company seems to be pretty hit or miss.
App design is great... But it won’t let me check out!

The app design makes it really easy for me to navigate around and add things to the cart, but when it’s time to check out it just keep reloading the same page! I tried to pay with Paypal, my credit card, etc. But it once I hit pay it just reloads the page. It’s a shame because I love the plugs and they’re missing out on a $50 purchase.

I absolutely adore that this app exists! I really enjoy being able to browse items from here, rather than on the website. It’s accessible, which makes things easier for me personally, and is very helpful.
The only thing/s that I’m noticing right now (Sept ‘23) is that the app hasn’t had any updates for 8 months, and I’ve been having consistent problems with adding any items to my wishlist. It’ll sit there and load, and then I’ll get an error message 😔
Please give us a rad update and fix this wishlist issue?! I’d be SO happy to update this review, and change my rating to 5 stars 🙌🏼
