Functionality stinks

App looks good and is slick but the functionality is abysmal. Adding info and seeing your previous lifts is so clunky that it’s basically useless. Not sure how anyone can use this.
Not there yet.

Buggy. Click on one thing and it enters in the next exercise. No way to track one rep at a time. Only all sets. What’s the point.
Decent App. Not worth paying for.

Liftr works well when it comes to the basics. When you pay for an app like this, though, you should get the full functionality. Liftr lacks basic features like reordering sets in a program. The character limits on anything is too small and the customizability is pretty bad. There are definitely free apps that will perform better than this. Save your money.
I haven’t used Liftr yet but looks nice and minimal. I saw there is an option for iCloud in the settings. However, it doesn’t have an arrow next to it to tap on it to see if there are more options. I’d like to make sure there is a way to backup the data just incase. Thanks!
Has potential

App has potential but is missing to many core exercises. It has incline press but not decline. Missing too many fundamental machines etc. if the developer inventoried a typical gym they would have a majority of the exercises. I don’t have time to program them myself.
Very good, one minor Apple Watch improvement

Love Liftr , for a one-time payment you get all the functionality of many similar subscription-based apps. Simple to use, charts everything you could want, I have no complaints about the phone app. One improvement I would love for the watch app: the ability to edit reps/weights on the fly as I go through my lifts. I prefer to not keep my phone with me while lifting, so if I want to change my workout, I have to go my phone later and try to remember the details. It would be ideal if I could enter them in the Apple Watch app as I go.
Great app

Everything is working smoothly and Liftr might take a little of time to get used to it but once you get it, you will definitely enjoy the experience. I would like to propose 2 options to add to Liftr : 1) For the excercise that i create myself, if you could add a note feature in it so that i can write in details what i would need to do exactly concerning the new excercise. 2) A new section: that will regroup all the excercises with « NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED » Thanks again for creating this wonderful application. I hope my feedback helps 😁

Could you please add this one feature: I see the charts show a total of how much weight was done over all for the week that’s great. But could you also add charts in the exercise section, like each individual exercise has a chart where is shows weight progression over time. For example, I start off curling 25pounds for 2weeks then go up to 30pounds and the chart shows how I improved, instead of showing the overall weight volume done. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
It keeps splitting my workouts into 3+ individual workouts when it writes data into the health app. Unsure if this is a bug or user error. I build out a workout in the iPhone app then run it on the Apple Watch.
Fantastic for the price.

Great deal, for a one time payment you get all you need to track your workouts. Nice and simple and gets the job done without any fuss.
Only thing I’d improve is adding dark mode - my retinas would thank you.
Is this app being updated?

As I paid for it I would appreciate live support since it needs a lot more exercises or the ability to make custom ones
iPad Compatibility?

Love Liftr for my iPhone! Any possibility of making it compatible with iPads? I would love to be able to use Liftr with Physical Education students.
Great App

I do wish I had the ability to change and track my one rep max in lifts. This would be nice in calculating percentage based routines.
Love Liftr so far! I’ve been using it for about a week now on my phone and Apple Watch. It isn’t perfect, but seeing that the developer is still active in responding to reviews and making Liftr better is what made me rate it 5 stars instead of 4. If I could add one thing to Liftr , it would be the ability to add notes to each individual exercise instead of only being able to add notes to the whole workout for a day. I like to be able to know how I was feeling about a certain exercise in previous weeks so I can make decisions about weight progression and injury prevention. Overall, it’s a great app that I look forward to seeing progress in functionality!
Edit: Upon continuing to use, another big thing I think would bring huge functionality to Liftr is the ability to keep using Liftr during rest times. The rest timer is great, but it blocks you from being able to use the rest of Liftr while it’s counting down. That time is when I update the weight, RPE, etc. In addition, the rest counter does not continue counting down if you leave Liftr . These 2 things limit the functionality of Liftr when using it in an active workout. I still love Liftr , but these are 2 things that could bring it to the next level!

Easy to use

I downloaded ten different apps today and they were all annoying and difficult to use.
I downloaded this one finally and it is so easy to use!
One thing I wish though is that I could edit the BPM listed during the workout.
Great app!
Little things

This is a great idea. 1) please allow for longer names on the exercises and supersets. 2) make it so that after you’ve searched, you can push the “add custom” button without having to back out of the search box. Thanks man
An app with great potential

Hi Karan! Thanks for all the work you put into the this app app! It sure would be great if we were able to include numbers of reps and weights automatically in templates like in a workout.
Also, have you thought about letting us edit templates? Once we enter a set it seems un-editable. Again, thank you.
