I have used, and been extremely satisfied with online CC5 banking for years. I am now so frustrated I could scream trying to schedule external transfer, which I have been doing for several years (just trying to change amount). This is the MOST user UNfriendly site I’ve ever used. (That being said, I generally LOVE “my bank”, Cape Cod 5!

70 percent of the time I have to spend 1/2 hour or more to get the remote check software to recognize the amount on my checks to be deposited. CapeCod5 wastes my time and is very frustrating. I have multiple checking accounts with other institutions and they all work fine the very first time. Whatever company is responsible for the check imaging software should be fired.

Need to use Zelle once a week and because it’s now integrated into this cc5 app…. I can’t easily do transactions as I’m forced into using cc5 app and it doesn’t work. I try for hours every week until it finally works. Constant “error on our end” obviously. Never had this issue with the Zelle app that can’t be used now.

We have had our famille’s checking (4), savings (2), safety deposit box, and mortgage with CC5 for over 30 years. Our daughter is an ICU RN moved to Portland, Oregon where she serves at a major hospital. She elected to keep her accounts with CC5; that says something. Service has always been excellent, staff more than friendly and willing to help. Other banks have tried to get us to switch; however, there is nothing they could offer to change us. Thank you for REMAINING LOCAL!

It is so easy to set up bill pay, transfer money between accounts and see all transactions.

Not all ‘updates’ are good but these are terrific! Easier to use, visually clear, faster response time. Good job, folks!

You could not get better service any other bank stay away for Bank of America‘s!

Cape Cod 5 has an easy to manage App, friendly staff and I know I am supporting the Cape, especially the Cape Symphony. No better bank IMHO! They have a wonderful mortgage dept that has helped me tremendously over the years. Dan Pulit is simply amazing.

The customer service at this bank is so good that it’s really almost unbelievable. I have had some money issues in the past year and they have helped me tremendously. Not only that, every time I go into the bank everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This is the best bank that I have ever had anywhere.

I can’t see the last four numbers of each account. I may have 2 or three accounts with the same payee. I can’t tell which one I’m paying.

CapeCod5 is fantastic and the website mirrors CapeCod5 which is great, and the functionality is terrific easy to deposit checks to get to where you need to go functional.

This new app update is the best thing to ever happen to mobile banking. Logging in is so speedy, the chat feature is actually efficient and so so so helpful. The tellers helped me change my pin & order checks and made it so easy! LOVE LOVE LOVE CC5 ♥️♥️♥️

We have been banking with Cape Cod Five since May 1991. Checking, savings, mortgage, retirement ... the majority of our banking for three decades has been right here on Cape Cod. Eleven years of living in Florida did not break the thread of our relationship. Thank you.

I like the old app better.
Now I cannot get a confirmation number from bill pay.
I also felt more secure to log out myself by hitting a link/button. Now I sometimes open CapeCod5 and I’m still logged in from my previous session. Not secure,
I do like the new budgeting tool

Getting used to the new system will take some work but overall it is good. I still use a check register to keep track of where & when I’ve spent money so I miss having that feature pop up instantly. However, this “oil’ horse” will learn the system.

I have used this bank for 25 years for my personal and business accounts as well as equity loans. Customer service in person and over the phone are top notch. The website and tele-banking are both user friendly. Cape Cod Five is steeped in Cape Cod history and gives back to our community.

I have been dealing with my sister’s estate, who passed away suddenly in November.

I opened an “Estate Account” in February at your fine bank, once I was appointed Personal Representative.

Between losing a sibling, bills to pay, her mortgage through your bank, the caliber of your associates is what it should be in all banks!

Everyone at Cape Cod Five, all department's, EVERYONE has been going above and beyond to help me figure things out and solve issues.

I have been in Customer Service my entire life, (and I am old 65) and have never seen such service!
