Need to use Zelle once a week and because it’s now integrated into this cc5 app…. I can’t easily do transactions as I’m forced into using cc5 app and it doesn’t work. I try for hours every week until it finally works. Constant “error on our end” obviously. Never had this issue with the Zelle app that can’t be used now.

70 percent of the time I have to spend 1/2 hour or more to get the remote check software to recognize the amount on my checks to be deposited. This app wastes my time and is very frustrating. I have multiple checking accounts with other institutions and they all work fine the very first time. Whatever company is responsible for the check imaging software should be fired.

I have used, and been extremely satisfied with online CC5 banking for years. I am now so frustrated I could scream trying to schedule external transfer, which I have been doing for several years (just trying to change amount). This is the MOST user UNfriendly site I’ve ever used. (That being said, I generally LOVE “my bank”, Cape Cod 5!
