Chapters Status

Unable to open the app. Tried cleaning the cache, force close and uninstalling app.

Ich kann meine selbstgeschriebenen Kapitel nicht mehr ausdrucken, welche sich zuvor schon nur noch mit Edge öffnen ließen. Der Drucker druckt nur halbe Seiten aus und meldet dann "Papierstau" obwohl er alles andere ohne Probleme druckt.

Chapters wont load past 30% been like this all day. I don't remember my login I'm afraid I'll lose all my stuff if I delet and reinstall. Anyone else having issues?

Whenever i go to the next chapter i am made to watch an ad which is fine but then it does not let me click off the ad. I have taken the app off and gone on it several times but it makes me rewatch the ad and still does not give me an option to click an ‘X’ button i’m just stuck on the ad so i’m unable to read the next chapter.

The rest of my game works fine but a single book I’m reading won’t load for more than a second without kicking me off. And I don’t want to start over cus I’m 10 chapters in

The story is loading but isn't working when I touch for it to move. I choose the MC's look and then the blank screen appears. It took up my day pass also

The app loads a chapter to 100% and then does nothing. I have the latest ios version, JUST installed the app today, and nothing is wrong with my network. All other apps work great on my phone!

Hi I've just got a new device but can't transfer my old account id number 45025021 which has all my maples etc how do I do this is doesn't seem to be connected to my Google account

I have an iPhone. It has the most current iOS. I have updated that. I have a lot of space and even deleted and reinstalled the Chapters App game. Every time I open Chapters with a fresh load of the with the App itself, it closes immediately I can’t do anything. It is really very annoying. I could not play it at all. What is going on? Is there anyone I can contact? I cannot enter the APP to even send them a question. Highly irritated with this.

My chapters app keeps crashing and when i go to part where i start to type my visual story it's crashes and does load my visuals. I can't even write... the words erase itself. Help!!! Really frustrated.

I play the app on my iPad and the app is zoomed in so much I sometime cant see all the choices I can pick, and it cuts off the cards when I look at them.

The app won't load past 30% I usually don't have an issue. But today it's been like this all day

My Account Does not load any stories at all! Like it just happened so suddenly that I was reading a book then finished it I went to read another book but it suddenly crashed even didn’t let me in so I’m hoping you guys can help me

I can't even stay 30, second's with out getting kicked out

I play chapters on my iPad, it’s an older one but still works good. Anywho, every time I open the Chapters app it will let me stay on for 2-3 minutes roughly then it boots me back to the Home Screen. I have tried restarting my iPad twice and deleting the app and re downloading it, but it is still booting me back the the Home Screen after about 2-3 minutes. I will get into Chapters, pick the story I’m on and it will let me play maybe 1 minute of the chapter and kick me out back the my Home Screen. It’s getting really annoying. This has been going on for about 1 week or so
