Contact ROOT SPORTS Support

Not surprised this app has a 1.5 star average! Comcast is a provider of Root Sports the TV Channel but Root and Comcast/Xfinity can’t come up with an agreement so we can stream this on our mobile devices and Tablets??? Root is in bed with DirectTV! All root tells customers is to contact their TV provider to ask them to allow live stream of root sports. It’s been years of this exact same crap. Root please stop telling us to contact our TV provider! Clearly this doesn’t work and it’s your job Root Sports to contact the TV providers and come up with the agreements that will be required for live stream. Your just wasting our time by asking us to contact our TV providers who obviously aren’t going to do anything about it!!! App installed for 30 seconds gets a 1 Star review which should be zero stars if possible and now it’s deleted as it’s completely useless for me!

Root sports has said for YEARS that it’s the providers problem that they aren’t being carried more. Bull. This is a Root sports issue. Hire better sales people if you’re having problems marketing yourself to providers. You obviously fail at life more than you’re crappy business policies. I honestly hope Washington State shuts down Root sports or the Mariners terminate the contract in favor of someone else. It’s crazy to think the Mariners wouldn’t make more money bringing their services and negotiations in house but obviously the management that has led the Ms to the most feckless 20 years of baseball in modern history is reflecting that same drive in its management of its television contracts...Losers.

The App doesn’t show many of the cable providers and the Search only looks at the same small list. So it’s useless! They don’t answer contact emails and their main phone only has a recording to read their useless FAQs! They brag about having the contracts and blocks ESPN from showing games but what their guide says is showing is never what is actually on! We were so excited about watching the Kraken play hockey here in Oregon but instead it’s fishing, boxing, or what ever else but not what they advertise! Release the blackout contract if you can’t provide the service! Easily one on the worst sport channels out there!
