Application not up to date in various aspects

I just came across the login and does not support Face ID. After a year and a month of this technology (Face ID) the application does not support it. Also, the interface has an old school look and the application does not open full screen. How this app can have all the security requirements up to date? How do I know my persona information is secure? How do I know my money is safe? I don’t trust this app.
