Hi I was using the free service of the app since 2 years and today everything disappeared i used it this morning but when i open it thia afternoon it said it was the first time i open the app and everyrhing i dont understand i had 2 years of informations on there and everything just vanish in a fue hours :(

It's been almost three weeks since the web app doesn't work. The background sync is blocked on an infinite loop and there's no way to erase a calendar. Sync between google calendar doesn't work right either.

How to fix Elisi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Elisi app on iPhone
Update Elisi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Elisi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Elisi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Elisi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Elisi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Elisi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Elisi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Elisi » click [Force Stop]

Update Elisi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Elisi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Elisi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Elisi.

Fix Elisi unable to contact server/ Elisi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Elisi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Elisi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Elisi
