Can’t cancel my subscription and get charged every month
When I originally signed up, START registered a wrong email address. Now, I’m not able to cancel my subscription. The support is not helpful, and I get charged every month even though I don’t use the service.

Don’t get it
This app is not worth getting. Being paying every month for it. I started out with A different phone and had to get another phone but now I can’t watch anything anymore. I logged into the account that didn’t help. It’s not easy to stop the payment method as well. Still have to figure that out. They screw you over.

Bad customer service!
The app is ok and the movies are ok too. Too many short films that I don’t find interesting to watch. If you need something, don’t waste time with customer service. They are useless. I am moving to another provider because I can’t seem to get help from them.
