shouldn't be. Daily Anatomy can be used without any prior knowledge.

About Daily Anatomy Flashcards

Whether you need to learn lists of information, or for instance, every muscle and bone in the human body including how they function together, there is a method really works to help you out.

Daily Anatomy has built-in spaced repetition, so you learn as efficiently and effectively as you can.

By using spaced repetition, you work through a series of increasing intervals of time between studying what you've previously learned.

With Daily Anatomy you learn all the important structures of human anatomy.

Spaced repetition works well for lists of items or new vocabularies such as medical terminology.

This method utilizes the psychological spacing effect, which occurs when you are going back over information that you have already learned in order to remember it better.

Whether on your next exam, or in your medical professional career, all the anatomy structures will be at hand.

Starting to learn anatomy can be overwhelming, but it shouldn't be.

Solving a problem in different ways helps you memorize information longer-term and finally be able to fully absorb it.

Each muscle is shown in both its neutral and functional positions so you implicitly learn the main functions as you go along.

It's called spaced repetition, and it's the way to go for knowledge that sticks in your cranium.

Learning with Daily Anatomy is not only about repetition.

Daily Anatomy can be used without any prior knowledge.

Instead of many thin arrows pointing at various structures, each structure is clearly highlighted in its entirety.

Not my first choice anatomy app

For a free app, Kenhub did a great job. DailyAnatomyFlashcards is fluid and fast and functions well. iPhone X support is lacking, and there are only muscles and bones for the upper and lower limb available as of now. It seems it has been this way for a while as there has been no recent update to DailyAnatomyFlashcards . I’d gladly pay a nominal fee to have the content improved on, as innervations and actions of the muscles are more clinically relevant and testable than memorizing where they are located in Kenhub’s gorgeous illustrations. When getting an answer correct, there is no ability to pause and reflect on the answer choice, thus if you made a guess DailyAnatomyFlashcards assumes you knew the answer, do not need to review it and moves on. Keeping the image up after answering correctly could help us reinforce the correct answer choice.

Being produced by Kenhub, DailyAnatomyFlashcards has a lot of potential and I wish I would’ve been able to utilize it for more before my upcoming MSK exam.

Almost perfect

DailyAnatomyFlashcards is simple and The illustration are gorgeous. The problem is that Every term is tested by one illustration, that is okay but the thing is with time i can predict the term just by having a quick look at the illustration and not by looking at the structure. An example is the term “internal” and “external” once i see an ear i choose one of those terms. My suggestion is that you should make multiple illustration for each term to make it little challenging and to make sure that the user isn't memorizing structures not illustration. At least every illustration should be rotated or viewed from a different angle when the illustration appears for second time. I hope you understand my point, and I apologize for my bad english.

Best easiest most fun way to learn

DailyAnatomyFlashcards is leagues above others I have tried. It is the only one that is easy and engaging. It’s set up like duolingo where you learn and are quizzed all at the same time. It became habit for me anytime I grabbed my phone to flip to DailyAnatomyFlashcards and start practicing. It is so engaging and easy to use unlike other apps set up just like a textbook. Please please add more parts of the body and structures! This is the only app of many that has worked for me.

college Anatomy-Physiology nursing

Helped me get comfortable with the basic, extremely important facts. DailyAnatomyFlashcards also forces a short timer for each question, forcing you to learn based off first look. If you take a college level anatomy lab, DailyAnatomyFlashcards is the key to success. My labs in particular are timed, 30 seconds per question, 86 questions; therefore, this pp really helped to train my brain to regurgitate the info quick.

Suggestions

Great app! First of all great app but there needs to be a way for me to turn off the spaced repetition when I need to. For example, I had an exam in 2 days and I needed to review, but DailyAnatomyFlashcards locked me out for 5 days because of the spaced repetition feature. It was Very frustrating for me. Please consider improving upon this.
Otherwise would like to see if origin, insertion, innervations, and main actions of the muscles of the upper and lower extremities could be added in a future update. Maybe also arteries, nerves, and lymphatic drainage of the body as well. Also head and neck as well.

Great app but need more terms

The website is well worth the lifetime subscription of 250$ and has a ridiculous amount of anatomical terms and in depth articles related to those terms. DailyAnatomyFlashcards in comparison has next to nothing. It would not even be difficult to transfer some of those terms to DailyAnatomyFlashcards . The “quiz” mode on the website is literally the same thing. Just move a lot of the terms from those quiz modes to DailyAnatomyFlashcards so we can study more terms on the go! You can even make those packages only viewable to subscribers to entice subscriptions!

Good app

DailyAnatomyFlashcards is good in the sense of how to help you study and get the material down quickly. The short breaks between the studying help to test what you can remember over time, but sometimes the waits can get out of hand and can be up to 250 days. Otherwise, DailyAnatomyFlashcards could use more material overall, but it’s very helpful with what it has at this point. They also don’t charge you money for anything like many other apps do, they don’t have advertisements either.

Not sure how much it has or will help

I am going to be taking A&P 1 this fall and then A&P 2 in the spring. I’ve heard from several peers that A&P can be tough so I’m using DailyAnatomyFlashcards in my free time while I work to try and familiarize myself with the material. So I will have to let you know if it’s helped me out any after the fall semester.

Extremely helpful!! But the wait...

DailyAnatomyFlashcards is great for learning, and the short waiting times were pretty effective. But once I did it for a while, I had to wait a few weeks, then a month, and then... 236 days. I forgot about it for a while (I got DailyAnatomyFlashcards last year), and recently I got an alert telling me that I could finally do something again. Great app, but the waiting periods could be more consistent.

Very helpful free app

I’m a KenHub Premium subscriber as well. I use both. My only complaint about DailyAnatomyFlashcards is it makes a ringing sound when you get it right, but then after about 20 questions, even when you get it right, it makes the “wrong-answer” buzzer sound. It’s annoying and you don’t get that mental reward. Fix this and I’d give it 5 stars.

Use if you want to know anatomy!!!!!

I love DailyAnatomyFlashcards! It is very clear about what each picture means and the spaced repetition is perfect. I made my own flashcards for if I don’t have my phone but I knew all the terms by heart!!!! This will be so useful for college.

Overall - 7

This a good, functional app. If you’re just starting out learning anatomy, this is DailyAnatomyFlashcards for you. Pretty visual, and breaks it up in a way that’s not so overwhelming to a newcomer or layperson. I’m satisfied.

I took points away because of the monotonous interruption with the breaks, there were just too many. I also wish we could zoom the photos (the m/f’s) or they were larger — they’re hard to see.

Great job!

Please add more packages

This is a great review tool but definitely needs more packages as there are a lot of areas of review for the body.
Also, something within the software of DailyAnatomyFlashcards doesn’t want to allow the play/pause button to work on various packages. If this bug is fixed I think DailyAnatomyFlashcards would be mor beneficial!

Wow ! Very Helpful !

I am taking an anatomy 8 week class and I must say , DailyAnatomyFlashcards has already helped me and my memory. I will practice this everyday. Especially with the position and dividing the body planes. This is very helpful and it’s sticks with you.

I like it...

I like the fact that it times me to answer the question and to get the answer in a few seconds. I'm not a fan of being time, I feel a little anxiety over it. Even though it's easy right now.

By

Just started

So far so good I like that it repeats questions and only asks questions of the questions you've already learned. I hope the material really sticks because it's already a more convenient way to add some extra studying in. I take my phone everywhere so what's the best way to learn than on an interactive app.

Good app but needs improvement

Decent beginning but could stand for a solid update to include a wider variety of systems and facts. The wait times are too frequent and don’t seem to “improve memory” as DailyAnatomyFlashcards claims (what source are you basing this on?). Willing to pay nominal fee to see improvements in DailyAnatomyFlashcards.

Well done

Thought they did a good job of the constant learning and memorization. I am trying to study for med school for college, and just felt behind since I never got to take anatomy. So far, the process has been good with DailyAnatomyFlashcards . I recommend

Wow

Best anatomy app I have come across by far. It’s free and better than a lot of paid apps out there. I downloaded like 10 apps before I found this one and after I found this, I deleted all of the others. Awesome app overall.

Worth every $$

Due to COVID I'm taking an online A&P course. The teacher isn't the best. After purchasing the full pack I feel more confident and have a better understanding. I know I'll Ace the course now.

Has a lot of potiential

KenHub has great content, but I wish it was shown more through DailyAnatomyFlashcards because it’s so easy to access it quickly rather than the internet. But so far the actual website is WAY better than DailyAnatomyFlashcards . I hope they update soon and add more content. I’ll even pay the few dollars to do so if needed!

Great learning tool, but short on features.

Keeps things interesting, but lacks controls for studying any specific topic. Adding a topic means that you will get questions from all topics. Does not allow a setting to adjust the time that the flash cards allow for an answer. Not suitable for individuals with visual difficulties, such as tracking or focus.
