Can't download

Without an incremental download I can't download without connecting to a wifi.

I like the way Skeleton3DAnatomy is made and how it labels all the bump and notches of the bones. Sadly, since it is free it only give the upper limb and hand. $8 is a bit too much to pay for the full app instead off lugging around my book though.
