I'm a radiology resident and I use this program every day. I bought the entire thing, which was pricey (US$210) but that's about the same as one textbook, so it's worth it. For radiology, it is extremely useful because there is a large library of normal studies that you can view in axial, coronal, and sagittal, AND you can flip the images to match the study you're looking at on your PACS station for best comparison. There's even an amazing coronary artery anatomy section of moving IR images. The anatomy drawings are OK, and not as plentiful as I might like, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Overall, though, it's the best atlas for iPad out there (I have several others and this one is definitely the best). The MSK is very extensive, and definitely worth the $70. Haven't been on Neuro rotation since I bought it, but it also looks very extensive. The body section leaves me wanting sometimes, but it's still pretty awesome.
Anyway, I would recommend it if you need a great radiology reference, which is what I think it's really intended for, and it's worth the money for that. The drawings are occasionally helpful, but not as detailed or extensive as a typical book-based atlas such as the Netter's everyone uses in medical school.
