It’s been over 1 year since I left a review for this app. It still stinks. I am not sure what bugs you claim are being fixed with your app improvements, but I have some bean stalk beans for sale. I have repeatedly attempted to reset my password to no avail. I also called Islands Corporate who told me the app developer is aware of the bugs and was supposed to fix it. Well, it has not been fixed so I think the developer is full of s#%*. I love Islands, but I think they got ripped off by an app developer who got paid and didn’t deliver. Also, I was told I am not the only person with this problem.

So this app has worked fine for years, with the exception of trying pay at the table. Ever since iOS 15.1 was released the app crashes immediately after opening. This is on my iPhone 13 ProMax. It still opens fine in my iPad Pro. I have been told by Islands’ corporate office that they are aware of these issues and a completely new app will be coming out after the first of the new year. Meanwhile you can still use the website interface.

I ordered 2 burgers online. But there is no option to have a burger with veggie patty !! So I called the location to switch the patty to veggie patty. They confirmed over the phone that they will make sure those would be veggie burgers. When I reached the location and was taking the package it had MEAT BURGERS !! Turns out the person on phone never modified the order or told the kitchen. And I had to wait up another 20 minutes for the correct order !! Very disappointing experience. ☹️😡
