I used to use the app weekly. However, with each update, the app has become more and more difficult to use. Lately, it has become absolutely worthless as it won’t allow me to log in or place an order. I don’t know why the app developers felt that they needed to take a working app and make it not work, but they have succeeded in preventing me from ordering from Freebirds, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere even though Freebirds is one of my favorite places to eat. I really hope they fix the app for the iPhone soon, so I can start ordering from the app again.

Wanted to order from the app. Downloaded and tried to sign up. Apparently my number was used before in the past. OK, but I can’t get the app to go back to the sign up page. Each time I open the app I’m on the enter phone number page with the only option to “save changes”. When I enter my number I get “Oops! Phone has already been taken.” But I can’t get back to the previous screen to even try to solve myself. Unusable unless you remember your account, from however long ago that might have been 🙄

One of the more frustrating restaurant apps. Order history is difficult to find. You can’t add items to a previous order list. Must scroll through all options before adding to cart. Favorite restaurant location continues to be forgotten. My cart was emptied twice by the app because it didn’t accept my requested pickup time of ASAP (which was the default). Overall so unfriendly to use that I won’t be ordering from this restaurant until they check out their competition and completely rebuild the app.
