Can’t crest an account

TrainAway included absolutely zero gyms in Latin America and made no mention of it whatsoever in TrainAway Store page. It should be made clear this only contains American and European gyms.

Very buggy, worse app I have ever tried to use.

No way to use reciprocal membership as majority of member gyms not signed up so no pass available to purchase.

IHRSA was much better under the old passport system

Weirdly TrainAway only shows prices in Euros even for users in the US. The prices are also stupid high at $10 to $15 for a day pass!

Many gyms anymore are $10 for a month membership I’m not sure why you would pay that much for a one day pass

These guys have made a mess of it. They don’t allow email sign in, even TrainAway invites user to sign in with email.

They should mention which countries/continents that they do not service on the intro page as I downloaded TrainAway for nothing. I opened an account and they had zero gyms where I needed.

I bought a pass for a gym that was labeled as a partner in TrainAway , and the gym’s manager had never heard of TrainAway . I’d recommend checking with the gym before paying for anything here.

Can’t create an account or get past log in page. Doesn’t work when trying to connect through Google either.

App crashes during log-in. Support says close ALL apps and TraiAway login should work. It does not! App useless in my iPhone 8 with latest iOS

I called two of the gyms in Washington DC listed on TrainAway . Both gyms didn’t know what Train Away was let alone how it worked.

Difficult to use. Had to manually be allowed into club.

My gym code isn’t working. Gyms don’t load up on the computer once I click on them. Very few gyms to choose from. Needs a lot of improvement.

TrainAway is not configured properly to my iPhone - the page is crowded with text on top of text and looks awful.

We are visiting from the U.S. and wanted to find a local gym while we are here. We bought day passes today and plan to visit a few more times. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

TrainAway still has a few bugs and there aren’t yet gyms in every city, but I tried it today in Lisbon and it worked great!

Used it last night and all went through as promised. Courteous manager greeted and let me fill out their single page no-liability form. 5 minutes later stretching like a kitty and working on my cardio.

Also sauna at this location - this app app shows these details before you book.

this app found a gym close to the Airbnb. I was staying. Within five minutes I bought a pass using Apple Pay. The gym was close by and clean as expected.

While traveling in Europe, I was able to quickly find a gym and buy a pass. When I reached out to customer service with a question, I received a response within minutes. Thank you for this great tool.
