If you’re buying this piano and plan to use the app with an iPad/tablet, BEWARE!! App is glitchy and while it initially worked fine, piano no longer connects to the iPad/app. Took us 2 months to get a replacement cable which still didn’t solve the problem. Customer service is awful and there is very little social media presence which is a red flag. Just get a regular piano because that’s the only way we can use this “smart” piano.

Got the app after the piano came in and it’s terrible, it wouldn’t let me register or create an account! Kept telling me I was having server issues 🤦🏻♀️ yet I was able to scroll through insta and other things that REQUIRE SERVICE! The only the that refuses to work, I installed and uninstalled, I restarted and shut off my phone. Allllll things that was completely unnecessary cuz it wasn’t my phone it was the stupid app!.

I’ve used this app for years with no problem, but it stopped working a few months ago. Like other users have mentioned in their review, the problem happens in the login screen. When trying to login, I get an error message saying “The data cannot be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”
Resetting my password does not fix the problem. I have purchased several songs through this app and am now locked out of those purchases due to this app glitch. The developers need to fix this ASAP, but based on the app version history, they only make basic updates about once a year.
