I initially had a great experience tapping every game day for two years since they initially released these jerseys and have bought another jersey as well for a different player on my team ( orlando magic, mo bamba) but have since had problems with the tag not scanning on my bamba jersey and also get this notification that the unlocks are consolidated to my nike plus account and when i go to the nike app for nike plus unlocks it doesnt show anything?

Is nike not giving VC for nba2k20 anymore? are there no more contest chances to win free tickets to a game? without these bonuses all NikeConnect provides is low quality gif highlights and a matchup preview video.

I tried contacting nike to no avail as they seem to have stopped responding. Really want the unlocks and rewards back....

I just got a brand new Lillard jersey today and tried to scan the tag. First thing it did was pop up a white screen saying access denied that I couldn’t even close out of. Every time I killed NikeConnect and reopened it the screen was still the same. I got an email from the developers assuring me it would be working by today and I’m still having the same issue. It’s a Damian Lillard retro swing man jersey. Don’t know if that helps but I’m still getting the same message.

I bought a Giannis Antetokounmpo jersey about a month ago and I learned about NikeConnect through the jersey. I love to see the recap after every game and I also love the game tap in feature. I’m also a big 2k player and enjoy the bonus NikeConnect brings. It would be really cool to see more rewards implemented into NikeConnect

I thought all the hype behind connect was that it would allow you access to exclusive content and items to purchase. 99% of the time it just gives you highlights from the game that you can find absolutely anywhere online. Nothing really that fun about it and definitely nothing all that exclusive. 3 stars because it taps in very well, but also 3 stars because there’s really no point to do so.

I am not able to use NikeConnect every time i scan successfully it just sends me to a page that says time out with my only option to scan again.

I’ve tried “tapping in” to this Joel Embiid authentic for two days now. “NETWORK ERROR” is all I get.

I’ve deleted and re downloaded the Nike Connect app, the Nike Plus app, everything. None of it works. Idk why I pay good money for a jersey and this new function only to be disappointed by lacking technology. It’s pretty much 2020 and I can’t use basic technological functions.

Nike would you care to help ME with MY issues? I’d really love to get what I PAID FOR. Please. Love you. Just not your technology.

Upon scanning, it gives me a product id and just says product not found and to contact you guys and provide a product id. I did that. They couldn’t help and told me I would be getting an email on how to fix it if it still doesn’t work within the next few days. It’s been a couple weeks...still not working. No email. No updates for NikeConnect . NOTHING!! All I’m trying to do is connect my Luka jersey 😭

Nike Connect is such a cool way to keep sports fans in tuned with their favorite teams. I love the stats and highlights that you get when you tap in. Can’t wait to see what else Nike uses this tech for in the NBA line.

Any time I scan my jersey it sends me to a page that says “Network Error We're having trouble accessing this app services.” And only prompts me to scan again

No matter what I do, when I go to scan the tag it just sits there until it resets and sends me back to the first page. I’ve tried Wi-Fi, data, phone case, no phone case, and I still can’t connect at all. Doesn’t even say denied, just restarts the “connecting” over again.

The scan process looks as though it is going to work I hear a little tone while my phone shows a black back ground with the Nike Swish in a white circle I then receive a network error message “We’re having trouble accessing this app services. I’m tapping try again, the same process and error occurs Help! Thanks

Nike fixed a small bug I had. NikeConnect works great. And Patrick was very helpful with my issue. He and Danny not only fixed my issue but made up for my problems with a gift.

Spent $400 each on two MJ jerseys to find out about that NikeConnect doesn’t give any unlocks or member access or any first dibbs on anything. However, NIKE should look into the people that spent the money on the jerseys and give them first access on special or hyped shoes or Jordan shoes like Travis Scott’s or even Off Whites...but NIKE let Bots eat better than the loyal clients. Thank you Nike for being such a good sport and take Bots under your belt.

I don’t understand how this has so many good reviews, NikeConnect was working fine about a week ago and I just bought a New Jersey today and it kept showing a network error screen. It made me think I had purchased a fake but then I realized that NikeConnect didn’t work on my other jerseys so NikeConnect seems to be the problem right now. Please fix soon

The login Is buggy. I already have an account with Nike and every time I sign in it says that my email or password is incorrect so I tried making a new account with the same info and it then said I was already a member. That makes no sense to me
