Fresh install of Windows 10. Is fully updated. I'm a linux user diving in windows for a bit. Magipie crashs when the hotkey is pressed (I'm following the instructions of the Github site). I have no clue of whats is happening. GPU - HD Graphics 4000. I3-4160. 16GB of ram 1600.

How to fix Magpie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magpie app on iPhone
Update Magpie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magpie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magpie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magpie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Magpie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Magpie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magpie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magpie » click [Force Stop]

Update Magpie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magpie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magpie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magpie.

Fix Magpie unable to contact server/ Magpie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magpie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magpie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magpie
