Close and restart the Solario app on iPhone
Update Solario app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Solario app issues:

Force Stop the Solario App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Solario app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Solario to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Solario App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Solario app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Solario.

Fix Solario unable to contact server/ Solario internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Solario » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Solario » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Solario on android.

The index quantifies disturbances of the geomagnetic field with a value in the range 0–9 with 0 being calm and 5 or more indicating a geomagnetic storm. this app shows the forecast and the actual state of Earth’s geomagnetic field using the Kp-index.
