The alerts and warnings are all mixed up for different locations. I’m getting gale warnings in Iowa!
I enjoy my Storm Radar app, which works fine on invoking the initial Home Screen. However, it is "hit or miss" expanding the location down into the projected Hi/Lo temps, rain accumulation, % Prob of rain, etc. About 50% the time it responds with a Label, label, Label. I've tried restarting the phone, etc. I work in SW and I can't find anything that would cause it to react this way.
Storm Radar has been my favorite weather app for a long time, but it has had an intermittent malfunction for the past few months. When I tap on the small rectangle that displays minimal current data for one location, it fails to drop down the larger rectangular display from which I can choose to see either a daily or hourly forecast. Instead, the six items of current information all change
It keeps sending me alerts to places that I don’t care about anymore
The current location and favorite will not save alerts for more than a day.
Paid for Premium, but after installing and using each day, the app reverts to the free version with the message to "Go Premium". After uninstall and reinstall, Premium works again for the day, but reverts after the phone is not in use. (iPhone 14 Pro iOS 16.4.1)
Paid for Premium but don't get premium service. When I go to settings, it tells me I paid for Premium service and it expires on Dec. 15, 2023. Tried to cancel and reinstall, but still it says I am paid until Dec. 15 after reinstalling, turning phone on and off. I let them know 4 different times by selecting 'Report a Problem'.
Progress bar stops at "NOW" and immediately goes back to beginning. Will not show anything beyond current. Uninstalled/reinstalled, but that did not fix it.
