This app is helpful but there's no point in paying for the full version. I paid for it thinking I could adjust the "Routine" settings to different time increments (20 seconds for 6 sections of the mouth as opposed to 15 for 8 sections) and it was definitely not that. It's literally only to the change the order of what part of your mouth you brush first. Which isn't even helpful at all since I don't look at the app, even on my watch, while I'm brushing. I had a previous toothbrush app on a different smart watch that had 20 second intervals with a graphic that showed the left & front & right sides of the top and bottom while it cycled through, kept track of the "health" of your toothbrush head as you used it, and kept track of how many times you brushed in a day. 15 seconds is just too many sections for us with small mouths so it would be awesome to be able to adjust that. If that were an option in the paid version, this would get 5 stars.

Used the app for the first time today and really liked how simple it was!
But then I couldn’t figure out how to log my first brushing for the day. I purchased the Premium version thinking that would make it so I could log what time (morning/night at the very least) but it only puts dots, with a max of 2 dots (I would like to brush after every meal, so 3 or more) and you can’t edit them if you’ve entered them wrong. So now I have two dots incorrectly entered AND have paid $2 for a service I didn’t need after all. Ugh.
Edit: if the app is free then there shouldn’t be the option to get charged? I just had a $2.13 charge go through the Apple Store. It’s not a big enough deal, like it’s just two bucks, but I think the app should be updated to remove that option then.

Yay tops of teeth! Adding a star.
I'm going to be honest, I was having a really bad day when I wrote my first review and it was just the final straw in a bad day. I'm happily surprised by how quickly the dev responded and how kind they were, especially given the rather unpleasant review. I've raised my rating to 3 stars for now and will raise again after the update. As for the app as a whole, it really has helped me so much. I'm adhd and I have trouble not only remembering to brush my teeth, but also what parts I've already brushed. The visual is really helpful. The top of teeth setting is great as I have a small mouth, use kid's toothbrushes, and they don't have as much reach as normal adult ones do. I'm quite certain my dental hygiene would be far worse without this app, and I apologize for the harsh original review. Old review: ⭐️ Is Brushing Top of Teeth Worth $10 a Year? No. The answer is no. I've been using this app religiously for years. And up until I was forced to update it today, I could brush the tops of my teeth to my little heart's content. Now apparently I have to pay for that. I get needing to make money, but locking a feature that's been around forever behind a paywall is really grimy. Dev response: Sorry to hear that. I read thinking about making subscription including more premium features. I agree with you, such simple setting should probably be free. I will revert it back in next update.
