10 months agoThe app has worked for me for two years, it updated last week and since then it has said no accessible gate nearby so I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing, yesterday again reinstalled and the circle is green and says open, but will not open. help!!!

Access denied
Location on always- Bluetooth on- everything is correct- I pull up to gates- if recognizes the point of entry I am at and when I hit open- it says access denied. No matter what myself or the staff so- regardless of gate/ door. Useless.

No public storage anymore
Was working fine until I went to add another public storage property. Then it deleted my other public storage unit. None of the public storage locations show up anymore.

Stopped working
It was working fine for the longest time and just recently it stopped accessing the gates and is now saying there are no accessible keypads nearby. I’ve tried deleting the app , refreshing my phone, refreshing the gate software , but nothing is working.
