Desde hace varias semanas intento renovar mi suscripcion a SIMPLER . Ya no sé que hacer. Una de las pantalllas me sale que empieza mi suscripcion PREMIUN en FEBRERO DE 2024 (????? ) Necesito su ayuda

How to fix Simpler app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Simpler app on iPhone
Update Simpler app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Simpler iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Simpler on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Simpler network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Simpler Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Simpler not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Simpler App
1. On android, goto Settings » Simpler » click [Force Stop]

Update Simpler to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Simpler App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Simpler » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Simpler.

Fix Simpler unable to contact server/ Simpler internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Simpler » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Simpler » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Simpler
