A few days ago I had a problem downloading relatively large apps from the Apple Store. I went to an Internet service provider and a customer service officer downloaded some free apps for the purpose of checking the download. After that I cleared all applications. But I found out today that one of these apps was a trial period and then I made an annual subscription, and I don't even know what Simpler does and what its usefulness is. I filled my account because I need to buy other apps. Please cancel the annual subscription and return the amount to my account. I have attached the sales receipt that was sent to my email address. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I know English but I always had problems with grammar, verbs and some other issues. Simpler has been very good to fix all those falls . I only have a problem. I am a Spanish speaker and while practicing on Simpler , I write some of the answers and Simpler says I am wrong and is not true. I’m giving out an example: sometime I put “el pasado sábado” and it mark the answer as wrong because they want me to put “el sábado pasado” went in reality my answer is correct. Overall Simpler is a very good one and is helping me amazingly .

Downloaded Simpler , didn’t like it and deleted it before the free trial was over but they still took out $40 out of my account. A complete rip off. I want my money back
