The app will not load events or let me add any card info.

The events aren't loading so we can't connect to the card. We can't use the money on it.

I have tried to log into my account and the system says that account was created using Facebook or Google, however I have tried multiple time to reset password and unsuccessful, is there any way you can delete it so I can re-register as a new customer

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Magic Money app issues:

Force Stop the Magic Money App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Magic Money app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Magic Money to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magic Money App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Magic Money app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Magic Money.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
