I was using a magic money digital credit card I loaded 15 bucks onto it and it didn’t not register even after I pressed done and I still had the same balance before so when I tried to get on a ride at a terrell anual jubilee I couldn’t cause I had insufficient funds only reason I got on the ride was because I was with one of my friends and they paid for my ride with there card now I’m at a loss of 35$ for only 10 credits and 1 credit is 1 dollar

This is horrible this was my only position at the jubilee here in my town and I can’t even see how much I’m using cause the app doesn’t show me it doesn’t even have our event listed on it so when you get this card you don’t even know what ur spending not cool just miss the old fashion tickets way

Reached out to customer support twice. No response. The app crashed while using it and would not work, there was still money on my card and we ended up having to buy more tickets at the fair. Apple needs to take this app down.
