I was using a magic money digital credit card I loaded 15 bucks onto it and it didn’t not register even after I pressed done and I still had the same balance before so when I tried to get on a ride at a terrell anual jubilee I couldn’t cause I had insufficient funds only reason I got on the ride was because I was with one of my friends and they paid for my ride with there card now I’m at a loss of 35$ for only 10 credits and 1 credit is 1 dollar

Really works well it makes it so much easier and I didn't have to wait in line

This is horrible this was my only position at the jubilee here in my town and I can’t even see how much I’m using cause MagicMoney doesn’t show me it doesn’t even have our event listed on it so when you get this card you don’t even know what ur spending not cool just miss the old fashion tickets way

Reached out to customer support twice. No response. MagicMoney crashed while using it and would not work, there was still money on my card and we ended up having to buy more tickets at the fair. Apple needs to take MagicMoney down.

I can’t find anyway to get to customer service, contact us, anything to ask for a refund on the magic money I purchased before the show and didn’t even use them cuz the show got cancelled. How do I get my money back?

Even if you allow location services, it doesn’t find your fair on its own so you must choose your event/location before you can load it and then you must choose it every single time you open MagicMoney . You should fix this so you can set your event as a favorite or allow it to stay on your event.

“Pass error” “the pass file does not exist” appears every time I try to add it to my Apple wallet. It used to move in the past. Very annoying as it used to work.

I keep trying to login to MagicMoney & once logged in, there’s no place to scan the cards to see how many credits I have. MagicMoney is useless!

The only places I am able to choose from are all in California or Arizona. I’m in Texas and it doesn’t not let me search for our carnival.

Left my wallet in the car which was parked at a offsite lot. I went to the office and they told me to download MagicMoney and I was able to use Apple Pay on my phone to buy credits. Thought it worked great I hope they start accepting this at some more locations inside the stock show so I could use up some of the extra credits.

Charged for a card (they removed the ability to pay with your phone), can’t refund yourself after you’ve added funds to the card so all funds go straight to them if you don’t use them at the festival, and it can’t find the festival you’re at. Altogether more cumbersome and difficult than cash or Apple Pay. I’m sure the events that use this love it, as they must get kickbacks from this company hustling customers. I will refuse to attend any festival that requires the use of this for vendors.

Was able to buy bands for my whole family quick and easy at the Jefferson Fair last week!

Did not have my venue active. To better serve clients you should stay on top of this.

For you folks going to the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo please be ware!!!!!! This sounds like a good deal and if it worked it maybe. I followed directions and loaded my bracelet but when I checked it the next day it wasn’t there and no way to load it. MagicMoney has a bad rating for a reason. So sad the FWSSR sold out to a bad vendor. Selling these bracelets as a promotion that is way below the bar. I feel I lost $50

It works great and saves a hassle of standing In line to reload cards.

Good idea, terrible follow through. Even with your location turned on it won’t find your fair. It finds events going on several hundred miles away. I even checked my location settings and they were correct. There is no option to “physically find” your fair. Good idea it just needs to be fixed.

Used Magic Money at the Ft Worth Rodeo and was very impressed. Much easier to manage tickets and very high tech

A very cool app. Recently used it at the stock show and rodeo. Very easy! I hope I get to use it again in the future!

Kind of like what they have at Disney, but at my local fair. I loved it and so did the kinda. No more handing the kids lost $20s.
