Everything was going well; I’ve had similar app before so it wasn’t really anything new besides the games. I uploaded $2 and was told I would get $20 as a special promotion; which I didn’t get but I thought it was no problem considering the fact that I didn’t lose any money. I’ve only been playing for a few days then all of a sudden my account gets blocked so I contacted them to ask why. I was told that my card has some unusual activity and I need to take a picture of not only my card but also a photo of me with the card as well as my id. Now I’ve NEVER had to do anything like that so I asked what was wrong, did someone tried to use my card, did it have anything to do with the type of card, etc. Again I only used it once for $2 and only played maybe one or two games that have to deal with the money all the other games were with their diamonds. You would think someone would explain to me what’s going on yet I got ZERO RESPONSE. Pictures of someone’s credit card and id is already sketchy if that’s your policy or something you should at least make some type of attempt to explain what’s going on and why the person have to do all of this. Id’s get constantly stolen and used yet you expect a person to just give it to you willingly without explaining what’s going on or even answer the questions they might have? I was having a pretty good time with the app but the poor tech support ruin it. I’m just going to get rid of the app all together.

This app is designed to let you win cash but not the way you think they offer you the two dollars for an extra 20 which is a lie after that you will win about 3 or 4 games then you start to lose money what they do is they have people on the developers team create “bots” that they then use to cheat their way up to the very end that way you lose money and it’s not some ridiculous amount of points you lost to if I were to give the people some advice make it to where you can watch other people’s matches that way they know they aren’t being cheated out of money but if you still want to play this game after you read this it’s even set up through the points and the ads you can’t win real money after your first three days of playing this app is a total scam and don’t buy into it because the suspension is correct they will take your information and use it to hack your account don’t do it it’s a scam

Haven’t been playing long enough to try cashing out yet, but so far it seems more user-friendly than other apps of its kind. Now to see if they make good on their word to credit $2 for this review to n.oleander… Update: this app is as big a scam as all its counterparts. Not only did they NOT make good on their promise to credit my account in exchange for my original review, they outright rip players off. All of my funds are somehow categorized as “bonus cash” when some are rightfully from winning cash matches so I can’t withdraw anything. I have contacted customer service twice & received the same verbatim, illiterate form email rambling about “allow me to explain what is bonus cash” for several paragraphs worth of assault on the English language in response. Complete waste of time & completely shady practices. Stay far away.
