2 years agoGot this watch in Jan. 2020. Today I charged it...BUT, it did not charge at all. I tried several connections. Is the battery inside worn out? What do I need to do to have it working again. It seems d e a d. CPU 52832, IP67 (waterproof grade), Battery: 90mAh, Android 4.4 & above are words on the box watch came in. Hurry cause I really miss wearing it.

No support
Can’t get support, set my usual bp, it took my SYS without a problem but the DIA it took at 20 points higher then it is. Tried to reset and start from the beginning, it won’t sync with my phone. So I had it fir 1 day and it’s useless. Sending back. Also does not show you the overall information for a week/month

Return whatever watch you have it’s garbage. Screen hardly works and it barely functions as a simple watch. Might be alright if you never actually plan on using the watch itself and just do everything through the app :/

Support is Japanese. Cannot get assistance. Wrote in app will not allow you to enter name so I cannot use the product to give a valid review other than I cannot even access or get help.
