Spaces keeps adding a new membership I have to cancel every month when originally I called them to make sure I only got charged for one month. This is a total bait and switch operation. I have been fighting with them for over a month trying to get a refund for the second month I didn’t use or want and this morning I woke up to another invoice and charge even though I cancelled my membership. I go in Spaces and there’s a whole other membership added that I had to cancel, so one for each month so far. Is this going to continue happening every month?? I don’t understand. I work in tech, I am not dumb. I literally just designed an app for Spaces Store, this is not user error. It won’t let me delete my credit card without adding another one. I don’t know what to do their customer service is useless.

Please do not use this co-working Space, you will never be able to cancel - this company is genuinely a scam. The actual co-working experience here is pretty rough, the office blasts top 40 music and doesn't allow workers to turn the hi-beam LEDs off. So I cancelled - working inside what feels like a Walmart starbucks wasn't for me. After that, this app somehow charged a card that I had never authorized (for a period of time that hadn't started yet,) despite the fact that I had already cancelled. After dozens of emails to them (and a credit card dispute,) I finally got a refund. I wish that was the end of the story, but they just sent me another invoice today for "late fees." Take your business elsewhere.

It’s taking 20min just to login because Spaces keeps erroring and restarting the process.

I updated Spaces recently and it doesn't go past the first screen. Please fix this.

They have many many hidden fees ( more than 330$ paid ) just to start a cowork membership of 116$

Why do I have to add my credit card information in every booking? Just save it to my account and make it selectable. It’s so annoying to add this over and over again.

It has potential. I was setting up a interview for a client and found looks of great deals. After I created my account and tried to sign in I just had a blank screen.

Definitely doesn’t make me want to submit a payment through Spaces.

Impossible to call anyone when your account stops working. Email responses take days and also they don’t fix the problem. I’ve been unable to change my credit card details for months on Spaces and customer service has been awful.

this app request member to Check In or Book the space using Spaces . In order to do that, this poorly designed app ask you several question and give several options for something that is exactly the same everyday. I just want to work in a coworking space, if this app needs to know that I am there, just make a one click system for check in

Spaces has serious flaws when booking coworking this app. It allowed me to make a duplicate reservation with no warnings, and I was charged over $60 with no flexibility or refund—even after canceling within minutes. Be aware: extra charges can happen easily, and their policies offer no grace or support.

The this app membership terms and contracts are confusing when signing up, and the customer service team is unhelpful and unwilling to make exceptions—even for loyal members. I’ve used WeWork for years and regret switching. At least they’re more transparent, flexible, and supportive.

Also, many coworking rooms feel more like backrooms—small, windowless, and uninspiring. Honestly, you’re better off working from a coffee shop.

I don’t recommend Spaces or the this app company as a whole.

Doesn’t accept my Citibank master card. Cannot book coworking space despite having a monthly membership, plus payment methods on file. During the booking process I have to repeatedly enter credit card info hoping one of them goes through. Also despite “remembering” my credit card it still does not let me go through the booking process without inputting the full details again. I still haven’t successfully booked through the iPhone app, and eventually I just give up and go to the website.

Now this app requires me to download their app so I can use the internet which worked absolutely fine before, that's absurd. Seems like just another way for big brother to be controlling and gather more information from each user. We're not paying to rent office this app so you can gather information about us. I wish I didn't have to download Spaces. Seems more and more companies get away with enforcing these intrusive apps so they can study every user and what website they visit. It's so invasive and the problem is if you as a user don't agree then you don't get to use the internet even though you're paying for an office space. Two thumbs down.

Horribly cumbersome. I pay for a monthly membership so when I book a co-working space it shows the balance as Zero yet I still have to re-add my card each booking….they have a card on file already…that’s how I pay monthly…I can even see the saved card in my account yet each and every booking enter a card and billing info..makes me want to cancel

Spaces is ok, but not great. When you book a meeting room, it doesn’t show the room number in your reservation. You have to either search through to find it or ask one of the staff members. Also, the user experience needs to improve. It isn’t easy when selecting specific date and time and duration due to the layout of the page.

I occasionally have issues with Spaces but the office team is helpful in helping me reserve a room.

App works okay, could clean up the UI so the code to connect to the internet was easier to find.

Also, the virtual key never works so dont ever plan on using that
