This app keeps adding a new membership I have to cancel every month when originally I called them to make sure I only got charged for one month. This is a total bait and switch operation. I have been fighting with them for over a month trying to get a refund for the second month I didn’t use or want and this morning I woke up to another invoice and charge even though I cancelled my membership. I go in the app and there’s a whole other membership added that I had to cancel, so one for each month so far. Is this going to continue happening every month?? I don’t understand. I work in tech, I am not dumb. I literally just designed an app for the App Store, this is not user error. It won’t let me delete my credit card without adding another one. I don’t know what to do their customer service is useless.

Please do not use this co-working Space, you will never be able to cancel - this company is genuinely a scam. The actual co-working experience here is pretty rough, the office blasts top 40 music and doesn't allow workers to turn the hi-beam LEDs off. So I cancelled - working inside what feels like a Walmart starbucks wasn't for me. After that, Spaces somehow charged a card that I had never authorized (for a period of time that hadn't started yet,) despite the fact that I had already cancelled. After dozens of emails to them (and a credit card dispute,) I finally got a refund. I wish that was the end of the story, but they just sent me another invoice today for "late fees." Take your business elsewhere.

Now spaces requires me to download their app so I can use the internet which worked absolutely fine before, that's absurd. Seems like just another way for big brother to be controlling and gather more information from each user. We're not paying to rent office spaces so you can gather information about us. I wish I didn't have to download this app. Seems more and more companies get away with enforcing these intrusive apps so they can study every user and what website they visit. It's so invasive and the problem is if you as a user don't agree then you don't get to use the internet even though you're paying for an office space. Two thumbs down.
