Always crashes

KirbyFoodsRewards opens and immediately crashes. There have been no updates. I have been unable to use on my last several visits. Therefor not getting credit for my purchases toward being able to redeem a coupon. Plus missing out on any app offers. Have mentioned and shown KirbyFoodsRewards not working to the cashiers each time I have been in and they ask if I have KirbyFoodsRewards .
