Stopped Working

Worked mostly OK for about a fortnight then refused to actually send over pictures. Before that, only real problem was a forced count of new pics which only cleared if you sent every pic. Whether you wanted to send them or not. But now it’s a useless app. Shame. It was great when it worked. 4 stars for sure.
Not working for me

For Windows 10 in combination with an iPhone XS Max running iOS 13 this app just does not work. The first couple of times I ran it, it exported some of my photos but would stop when the phone would lock.
After that first day, I get a request timed out error on sync, and the app has never worked again since. I have restarted my phone and laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked firewall settings, none of which have solved the issue.
Seems like more of a hack than an app that was thoroughly tested. Why not just connect ACDsee to iCloud and sync from there?
Works good for 10 photos and stops

I have 1000’s of files. I am constantly losing the connection and having to restart the app or selecting stop and start on my windows 10 collection side. It’s a great idea but just doesn’t work smoothly at all
