Hi, I have an Amazon fire tablet, and trying to challenge Fuzz in the battle race. My brothers also have two fire tablets,slightly older versions. I can't do it on any of them. When I try it says "please check your connection and try again".

I have an Anki Fast and Furious track. I charged it up and the green lights stay on meaning fully charged. The Challenger may make around the track once and then die out. The cars I don’t think work when both not fully charger correct? Once that dies I’ve tried all kinds of things but it won’t work. Hopefully you have a fix for me, thank you.

Hi, I am unable to use Open Play, it crashes every time I click on Start Scan. The app just closes. I have used the old app in the past, which was free of charge so I was a little surprised as well that I had to pay for this one..But then I thought if it is better than the previous app then I dont mind paying for it..But now I am not convinced anymore that it is better..Anyhow, what I tried tk get it to work is that removed the old app, rebooted my Android phone several times and installed the latest version of the App..without succes! Do you what is causing this? Thanks in advance!

How to fix Anki OVERDRIVE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Anki OVERDRIVE app on iPhone
Update Anki OVERDRIVE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Anki OVERDRIVE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Anki OVERDRIVE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Anki OVERDRIVE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Anki OVERDRIVE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Anki OVERDRIVE App
1. On android, goto Settings » Anki OVERDRIVE » click [Force Stop]

Update Anki OVERDRIVE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Anki OVERDRIVE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Anki OVERDRIVE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Anki OVERDRIVE.

Fix Anki OVERDRIVE unable to contact server/ Anki OVERDRIVE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Anki OVERDRIVE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Anki OVERDRIVE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Anki OVERDRIVE
