Very Bad shopping experience

Good offers, but bad shopping experience hard to use the app during offers vague methods to get benefited from the offers and the worst thing is the customer care if any problem is happened they have a Robotic customer care services no matter how many you give a complaint the automated system is activated and finally the reject your purchase and refund
It took them 15 days to tell that they can’t deliver my order and they cancelled it automatically

Worst experience I ever encountered from a retail business! Placed and paid for an order and turns out item is out of stock first. My orders gets cancelled then I do another order for a different item and the items were not delivered despite 3 confirmations from my side on date and time! Then delivery guys ask me to reschedule as they are busy and finally the customer service blame me and cancel my order! Landmark group is seriously aiming to become the worst retail group at all levels.

before i browse, i selected my region. if items aren’t available in the certain district, it should NOT display the items. ALL the items i chose SUDDENLY became unavailable in my area (i saw the items in their showroom so i know there are stocks) during checkout AFTER i removed an out of stock item. what a tactic! if you don’t want to sell at a discounted price, don’t sell false hope! God bless you! this will be the last time i will buy from your store.
