Wasn’t loading up

I had to erase SoutheasternCreditUnion multiple times bc it wasn’t loading, even the site wasn’t working properly then it wouldn’t load account info this has been going on for a few days, I finally got it to start working or rather scu fixed the issue

Constant error when trying to mobile deposit checks.

For over three years, SoutheasternCreditUnion has not allowed my wife or I to deposit checks via SoutheasternCreditUnion . It worked for a while and suddenly stopped and never started working again.

Banking app

App always has problems.

Very slow!

I’m not sure what’s going on. SoutheasternCreditUnion was good when I first downloaded it. Now when I come into SoutheasternCreditUnion to check my withdrawals or ach’s, it gives me the updated balance but takes SEVERAL minutes to update all the pending ones to show me what actually has come out.. This is very frustrating!

App was fabulous when I first used it. Now it seems bogged down. What happened? :(

This program is easy to understand and gives me the info I need. Looks familiar and comfortable to navigate.
