MyCHOP is unusable. It does not appear to be optimized for mobile, so on smaller phone screens text borders on unreadable. The interface is deeply confusing and it is extremely difficult to locate items you need, like vaccination records. If you happen to stumble across what you are looking for, MyCHOP has no back/forward functions so if your fingers graze across the screen the item you just spent an inordinate amount of time locating is gone. Even my pediatrician hates it.
Enabled FaceID on login. Next time I went to login, it asked me for a password. When I click the fingerprint as if for Touch ID, it crashes to the home screen.
In addition, it doesn’t appear in the Notifications Manager in Settings, so I don’t know that it’s going to notify me of things like new messages or appointment changes with a badge or banner or anything.
Why can’t I confirm my appointment. Check in takes so long and sharing your information aloud is too much if I can just check in on my phone and wait for the nurse to call. My phone can even be the buzzer when it’s my turn. Less talking more doing.
I have attempted to make/change appointments daily due to Wellness scheduling and after 10 tries never getting MyCHOP to work...I give up and try the next day. App is great when it works...horrible more than not!
Most times I try to send a message I have to uninstall MyCHOP and install it again. Please fix this. Otherwise there is no point in having MyCHOP.
Faceid has been out for years, app crashes when I try to log in
MyCHOP is an atrocity. It’s unbelievable that this is the best CHOP has to offer.
Normally I don’t have a problem, but my one son was added to my profile in March but I can only access his profile with face id and the other two I have to type in the password for! It’s very weird but as of lately the face id option is gone and now I can’t access my baby’s information at all, and now i’m getting a server error when I put in my password for the other two kids! Please update or fix this issue and also please add the face id back because I actually need it to get to my baby’s chart!
Can’t sign in for two days and I tried the website to no avail.
