Get Pricing Info for The Children's Hospital of PhiladelphiaBy AnnaMcAnna
This app is unusable. It does not appear to be optimized for mobile, so on smaller phone screens text borders on unreadable. The interface is deeply confusing and it is extremely difficult to locate items you need, like vaccination records. If you happen to stumble across what you are looking for, the app has no back/forward functions so if your fingers graze across the screen the item you just spent an inordinate amount of time locating is gone. Even my pediatrician hates it.

Enabled FaceID on login. Next time I went to login, it asked me for a password. When I click the fingerprint as if for Touch ID, it crashes to the home screen. In addition, it doesn’t appear in the Notifications Manager in Settings, so I don’t know that it’s going to notify me of things like new messages or appointment changes with a badge or banner or anything.

Why can’t I confirm my appointment. Check in takes so long and sharing your information aloud is too much if I can just check in on my phone and wait for the nurse to call. My phone can even be the buzzer when it’s my turn. Less talking more doing.
