I’ve used this app for almost two years, and it’s been frustrating to say the least. I’ve used it on my phone as well as my iPad and the app seems to have less issues on the phone version. However every time I try to save an estimate on my iPad, the screen goes white and I have to reset the app and lose the detail of the estimate forcing me to start over. The user interface is great but the software needs to be fixed ASAP! Dispatch please fix this for the iPad!!!

The recent update regarding the complete job bug is still present, in fact there are more bugs occurring, not able to edit contact information, when you add apostrophes or commas to a note, it adds a bunch of symbols, and when searching for a work order, all the numbers become duplicated. The biggest problem of it all is when you schedule an appointment and the job randomly turns gray.

I have been using dispatch for 2 yrs and it was great and easy to use in the go from my iPhone but since the new update it’s no longer convenient on the go. I used to be able to copy part numbers from my notes to order parts on the go or call phone numbers that are written in my notes. Unfortunately I will be looking for new software as I’ve asked them to fix whatever they changed and they can’t seem to do that.
