I can no longer read all of the article/chapter on the app. I scroll down and it stops scrolling before the end of the article/chapter. I have to use my thumb and finger to minimise the article to see any lower, and when I let go it restores to normal size. Please help.

Close and restart the Ring Magazine app on iPhone
Update Ring Magazine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ring Magazine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ring Magazine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ring Magazine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Ring Magazine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ring Magazine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ring Magazine » click [Force Stop]

Update Ring Magazine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ring Magazine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ring Magazine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ring Magazine.

Fix Ring Magazine unable to contact server/ Ring Magazine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ring Magazine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ring Magazine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
