LetsSingMic looks cheap. Also, to play the game you need to be on the same wi-fi network. I’ll admit, this is more Nintendo’s fault than theirs, but I would’ve loved a bigger warning than finding out after I purchase the game.

Connection never worked! Never had a problem with any other app connecting to the television (fire stick remote etc) worse app ever!

LetsSingMic simply doesn’t work. It should not be in LetsSingMic Store.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. Just as everyone else had issues - we did too. I probably should have read the reviews before purchasing Let’s Sing 2020 on our Switch. LetsSingMic doesn’t connect despite every troubleshooting method out there. We triple checked our WiFi making sure each device and the console was connected to the same connection. We went through troubleshooting within LetsSingMic along with the game - and still nothing. The suggestion to hit R was evident only ONCE on the screen and doing so made no difference. We even waited to hit search per several suggestions until after the R prompt. Lastly, we created a secondary Nintendo account JUST TO TRY THIS ON A FRESHLY LINKED PROFILE. No dice!!!! I am so bummed and a bit angry. I have connected with Nintendo because I literally downloaded content I have no use for - but you need to fix this! This is ridiculous and the amount of customers with this issue is totally unacceptable and unnecessary.

Purchased 2019 version and just like the other reviews here, LetsSingMic fails to connect to our switch console.

We made sure that our profile is connected to a Nintendo account, that our console and our phones were on the same WiFi network, made sure to trigger the L button on the controller to force connect and lastly ensured our iPhones had compatible iOS. Unfortunately after all those steps, our iPhones cannot locate the console to secure a connectivity.

I’ve also tried to find solutions online or look for a support link but with no results.

Developers, please read your reviews and feedback as they are all consistent that LetsSingMic does not work. Especially if your customers are spending $40+ and possibly more with the cost of a microphone since smartphones apparently don’t work, these issues should be fixed! We were even considering purchasing 2020, but with these issues occurring, we’re regretting our 2019 recent purchase.

Downloaded the “Let’s Sing” game from Nintendo Switch because I was excited that there was a microphone via cell phone application. Extremely disappointed to find out LetsSingMic seems to be literally an empty shell. This does not connect to my switch nor is there any actual trouble shooting information. Have literally tried everything and even read all of the developer comments, nothing works and developers seems highly unreliable. Before you say it developers, my account is linked, WiFi is the same on all products, etc.

LetsSingMic does not connect to the Nintendo Switch. I already tried different Wi-Fi network and routers, so the problem is definitely related to LetsSingMic itself. It’s a waste of money.

Bought and loaded the game onto our switch. Downloaded LetsSingMic to my phone and my wife’s phone. All are connected to the same home WiFi. LetsSingMic won’t find and connect. I’ve tried so many times. I looked in the reviews and saw this seems to be everyone’s problem. The support people just blame the problem on the users and don’t fix anything or provide any meaningful support. Total waste of time and money.

I see that I’m not the only one who is having these problems with connecting. I’ve done everything there is to do I’ve made sure my phone is connected to the same WiFi as my PlayStation I even switched to my other WiFi on both my phone and PlayStation and it still won’t connect.. it’s not even showing the PlayStation at all for me to even be able to try and connect.

Tried what the developer said and connected my PS4 to WiFi and my phone (previously, my ps4 was hardwired) and the mic function doesn’t work. You cannot hear sound from the sound system/tv. LetsSingMic is trash. Going to see if USB mics work.

App is full of it. I agree with everyone who is having issues trying or tried to use LetsSingMic. My PS4 and phone always been on the same WiFi and works great to connect any other games but thus app won’t or seems to not find system platform. I did everything anyone could think of to get it but yet still junk. Don’t waste energy or time on LetsSingMic

I bought the 2020 game for visitors and I should have looked at reviews first because after using multiple phones trying to connect it still wont find the console. The wifi connection is the same and it always has been. overall, it was a waste of money and a waste of time

This stupid app refuses to connect to the idiotic waste of space and money that is the “Just Sing” game.🤢 I cannot believe the complete and udder stupidity of the people who designed LetsSingMic so that it cannot connect to the cOmPaNiOn gAmE. I downloaded LetsSingMic so that I could play my game with my friends only for it to not work! You’re lucky I don’t go full Karen mode and sue you! If you are reading this, don’t waste your time.👹🤬

Connected two iPhones to my Nintendo switch effortlessly with LetsSingMic. You must make sure that your phone is on the same WiFi network as your console to connect.
Works great and didn’t pick up on nearby singers as much as I expected it to.

At first I was having issues with LetsSingMic just like the other comments mentioned but all I did was press the R number and it connected perfectly! It took me a minute to see the prompt on my tv screen since it’s kind of small. Hope that’s helpful for someone!

Running on iPhone SE, 11, and 13 with 2 USB mics. Fun!

LetsSingMic still does not have support for Let’s Sing 2018 on Nintendo Switch. Is this in progress or I just need to buy a physical mic?! It is not fair this is compatible with PS4 only for 2018 version.

I’m using the switch and one I bought just a few months ago so it’s new. I purchased a digital copy of “Let’s Sing 2019” and then downloaded LetsSingMic. It cannot locate my switch. Both the phone and console are on Fio’s 5G internet service. Yet it does not find the console. Another issue I noticed: when logging into the game I get Error Code 2306-0502. Restarted the console as directed since it seemed to be a server issue, and it still persists each time. What’s going on?

Similar to others, LetsSingMic tells me that there is no console found. I have both the phone and the console linked to the same WiFi network, but no way to connect them. Now I can’t return the game and I would have to spend another $40+. I need this game for an event in two days. If I’d known it wouldn’t work, I would not have bought it. I could have just played Karaoke off of YouTube.

App installation and sync with switch works great in fact while playing I can see myself hitting the proper notes but for some reason I cannot hear me. I try this with 2 different iPhones same symptom. Check online for other people experiencing this and was not able to find any help so I hope I can get your help here. I checked the sound setup in game and on LetsSingMic itself and on my phone meaning LetsSingMic has the permissions to access the mic that’s why I can see myself hitting the notes. I bought the game and all the extras so please I need this working ASAP.

Cannot hear mic input with song. Loads of people with same problem. Why do ms allow this crap app on the store? It doesn’t work!!

Problems with connecting multiple phones should be fixed by connecting one at a time

I purchased lets sing 2021 on the xbox one console, then downloaded the mic app on my smart phone. I choose the xbox console on the phone and get to the enter code screen. When i do..it pauses and keeps saying an error has occured. I am using the same network.

Having same problem as guy above, bought let's sing platinum for my 30th and app does not work!

Just bought Let's sing 2021 platinum, but can not connect with the microphone app. "An error has accourd. Please try again later" Have waited for a long time now, and nothing is changed.
